High-light of our trip - This was the high light of our Iceland trip. From the start, Helga and Ellert was very quick to respond and answered all my question/concerns about tour. We had fantastic "Summer Treasure - Glacier Discovery" tour with Blue Iceland in 2nd week of September. Our tour guide was Ragnar and he was absolutely amazing. During our trip we learned a lot about the glacier ice. He also pointed out on our way there the filming location for a Game of Thrones scene. In September, not many caves were left standing, but we were still able to visit one cave where we got to see really cool blue ice. We saw many moulin and water fall in the glacier. Amazing and sad (because glacier is melting) part was that we got to see a glacier chunk fall and the wave that it created. Walking back my son may have found one potential cave, which Ragnar ask him to name. If you visit cave name Webster then that’s the one. LOL. Ragnar was very patient and passionate for nature. I will surely recommend and book Blue Iceland again. The tour is as good as your guide. So blue Iceland keep your guide Ragnar, he is wonderful.
