Great Experience with Viet Nam Travel Bus - I went to their office in the Morning around 7:40 AM and they booked my ticket. They are super sweet people on the counter. For me it was just a short journey, The vehicle was comfortable and I will highly recommend them :)

5 star experience - I used the service twice, from Da Nang to Hoi An and Hoii an to Hue. They are very professional and responsive going above and beyond to help customers plus they keep the timing table for scheduling trips making a trustworthy professional company to use. I am very pleased with my experience and I wish them good luck in their business.

Comfortable but communication is an issue - Positive: - bus was comfortable and clean, most spacious bus we’ve travelled in. Even my 6ft 3 partner had enough space. Water was already in our cabins. - Got quick confirmation upon booking, complete with updates on whatsapp. Very nice. Negative: - almost got kicked out. We booked online, which was apparently very confusing. Despite showing our ticket 4 times, we were literally told to get off the bus again by 3 very loud men who insisted we were on the wrong bus. We were on our way out when my partner accidentally spotted our names on the passenger list - otherwise we would have actually been kicked out before we even got started. Not very nice. - pick up and drop off location and time all varied significantly from the information provided upon booking - not very friendly staff. Significant language barrier from both parties, and no effort from the staff to provide any information. I would suggest making signs in Vietnamese/English ‘TOILET BREAK’, ‘BREAK, 30 MIN’ or something so everybody knows what’s going on :-)

... - The minivan that had to take us from hoi an to da nang was almost 30 mins late. On the big bus we took from da nang to dong hoi the air conditionate was barely working and it was so hot all the time.

DONT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM - We booked 2 sleeper bus from HANOI to DA NANG/ HOI AN. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Could not sleep in the whole night. The driver honks the horn like crazy all the time, speaks like yelling, and drives super fast accelerating and stoping suddenly which makes impossible to sleep. He doesn’t care it is a sleeper bus and people want to sleep. Viet Nam Travel Bus are responsible for this because they work with this company which provides this service and they keep on on doing it, they don’t care.
