At 10:45 AM, guests will arrive at Vy’s Bistro & Chef Home, where they will be warmly welcomed by our expert chef, eager to share treasured recipes that have been passed down through generations. Participants will engage in a hands-on cooking class, learning to craft authentic Hoi An dishes.
By 11:30 AM, guests will enjoy the dishes they have prepared, savoring their culinary creations in the cozy atmosphere of our bistro. The delicious meal will be complemented by refreshing beverages. After a delightful lunch, guests can relax as they are transported back to their hotel, with the trip concluding around 1:00 PM.
