Great fun - super friendly guide and driver - Awesome!! We did book a private transfer for Ba Na Hills, Lady Buddha and Dragon Bridge in Danang. Hau was our driver and he was super friendly, sometimes also stopping just for us to take pictures of interesting things. He also asked if we wanted to have lunch and brought us to a super nice and delicious restaurant. Car was a Kia SUV, very comfortable and great A/C. Hau also provided water bottles throughout the day. Today, we did the Hoi An countryside tour again with Hau as our driver and Sinh as our tourguide. It was great fun! We got to see a lot of Hoi An, the coconut forest and made our own lanterns. Sinh speaks English very well, was friendly at all times and also took pictures for us. Both days were great and Hau was on time! Also tge booking process was super easy and they sent an email with driver, vehicle and phone number information both evenings before the tours. A big thank you to Hau and Sinh!

Excellent experience! - I highly recommend Culture Pham Tours. They arranged all my trips in Da Nang and Hue. They are responsive, prompt and reliable. Our drivers were all punctual and helpful. Our guide to Hoi An and My Son Sanctuary was hugely impressive, Mr Thinh. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. Please ask for him when doing this tour. We also did a countryside cycling tour in Hue which my teenage kids enjoyed tremendously (guide was Mr Hoa).

Super driver Hua - Very good driver...always ready with fresh water when we arrived at the car...we always send a message just before our arrival so Mr Hua could put on the airco of the car... we would hardly recommand this driver to anybody who need a driver in the surrounding of Da Nang.

Hoi An tour - Today we were picked up by our amazing driver Mr Hau and taken on an amazing drive from Lang Co to Hoi An along the mountain road stopping many times for photos. This was amazing as we had always been taken through the tunnel previously. We then met our awsome tour guide Mr Thinh who did a half day tour of Hoi An as we had our flight home in the afternoon. His tour was awsome and he even took us to Hoi An's best Bah Mi shop and yes it was amazing. Thank you to Mr Hau and Mr Thinh for making our last day in Vietnam the best. I cannot recommend this tour company enough they made our first trip to Vietnam one we will never forget and have the best drivers and tour guides we have ever had

A meaningful experience in Hoi An Ancient Town and Countryside - We had a wonderful trip to Hoi An, an ancient town in Central Vietnam. Thanks to our knowledgable local tour guide, Mr. Thinh, we learned a lot about the history and beauty of this once flourished port city during the 16th - 19th century, where Japanese, Chinese and European merchants met and exchanged goods. We also learned about the sad incident that, as climate change took place, the sea level turned low and big ships could no longer enter its harbour. As a result, Hoi An was sadly left behind and forgotten for a long time, until it was rediscovered for tourism recently. In 1999, it was recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage, which needs to be restored and reserved. Strolling down the small streets of Hoi An, I could feel the beauty of the remnants and the touch of time. Also on this trip, we visited a fisherman's house in the countryside of Hoi An, where we went on a basket boat tour, enjoyed the landscape and learned to cook some Vietnamese foods. It was a good chance for uns to get in touch with local people and learn about their lives. As we listened to their stories, our hearts were open and we could sympathize with their hardships. It was a meaningful experience for all of us, which we're very grateful for.

A day tour that covers all you need for Hoi-An - We are travelling on a private tour as a family of 5 adults. My family love this trip especially the bowl ride! The boat man are friendly and it was like a party when all bowls gathered at a assembly area. Then after we attend a cooking class which was fun too! We were guided by Mr Thinh (Tin Tin) and he brought us to Hoi-an ancient town tour. It's been ample times that I visited Hoi-an, but I must say Tin Tin is the one that really explains the details and outlook of town beautifully. (note: Japanese bridge is under-renovation at the time of our visit Jun23) Highly recommended day trip
