Additional Information
You will be picked up by local tour guides at your hotel and taken directly to the bamboo basket boat from Cam Thanh coconut water village. Welcome tickets, bottled water, and fruit will be provided at our restaurant before you ride the basket boat on the canals of the Bay Mau Nipa forest. You’ll have the opportunity to admire the river’s beauty in the Vietnamese countryside, enjoy crab fishing, and observe the traditional fishing methods of the friendly local fishermen. Learn how to paddle the basket boat with the locals, watch basket boat spinning, cast nets, and catch crabs. Afterward, we’ll return to our restaurant and then take you back to your hotel.

Fun trip with friendly people - Good fun trip, great to see the water coconut trees and enjoy the river with a skilled driver. The host was especially friendly. We enjoyed chatting to her after the boat ride to learn more about Vietnam plus got some great recommendations for Hoi An.

Lovely tour for a great price - The owner was lovely, very easy to chat too and told us lots about the surrounding area. Our guide who rowed the boat was more than happy to take pictures and made sure we had a good time throughout. The cold bottles of water and fresh fruit were a nice touch. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone

Great cooking class - Such a fun day with sonny doing the cooking class. From starting at the market buying the ingredients and learning about Vietnamese cooking to then making 5 dishes - it was a great experience from start to finish! The food was delicious and you make so much. The coconut boat after was great fun too :) highly recommend this tour!

Lovely insight to Viet life - Basket boat ride is a must do experience when in Vietnam. We booked very last minute and they accommodated our booking request. Host was lovely and gives you and insight to Vietnamese life as you take off from her home. This is her own little business and she organizes the transfer pick up and return and also invites you to drinks after the experience.
