- Cẩm Thanh - In the morning, our tour guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby in Hoi An. We will cycle to Cam Thanh Village, which is home to a vast Nipa palm forest. On the way, we will stop at Ba Le Market to observe the daily life of the locals. The tour guide will demonstrate how to select fresh ingredients for your meal and explain why the market is a vibrant part of the local culture. Next, we will visit a local family’s house in Cam Thanh Village. Upon arrival, we will enjoy a welcome drink while our tour guide shares the history of the village and the Nipa palm forest. After a short rest, we will embark on a bamboo basket boat adventure along the canal to watch local fishermen casting their nets. You will also learn how to catch baby crabs using bait and a fishing rod. Back at the house, you can relax with a 30-minute foot massage before joining a cooking class. The chef and tour guide will introduce the necessary ingredients and teach you how to make crispy pancakes and spring rolls. Enjoy lunch with your homemade dishes. Finally, we will transfer you back to your hotel. End of service!
