After our nautical adventures, we will partake in a wonderful meal cooked by a local family.
- Tra Que Vegetable Village - Tra Que Vegetable village where we will meet a local family to see how they live. Enjoy drinks made by them whilst they share stories about their lives in the village.
After our refreshment, they will demonstrate each task involved in the growing of vegetables. Then it is your turn to:
work the soil,
fertilise with seaweed, including stomping in the seaweed
sow the plants, and
water them with two watering cans in the traditional way.

We’ll meet you at your Hoi An hotel lobby for pick up, either at 8:30 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. From there, we’ll transport you to an idyllic herb village, recognized for its aromatic crops. Experience the quaint farming life as you meet the local family and partake in various farming tasks such as cultivation, watering, growth, and seaweed transportation….

Our next stop is Cam Thanh village which, during the Vietnam War, served as a haven for both locals and soldiers in hiding. Take a breather at a local family home, then enjoy a rowing excursion on a basket boat through the water coconut Jungle. Afterwards, we head to Thanh Ha pottery village where you can learn and experiment with making tea cups or vases from clay. You can even personalize the product you make by adding your name. This tour is particularly suited to those who are looking to escape the city centre’s noise and hustle. The tour concludes with a return to your hotel, leaving you with a deeper appreciation of Hoi Ann’s rural life.
