Being an energetic person and passionate about discovering the world around me, I have formed a great passion for travel. In 2015, I began working as a tourguide, where I had the opportunity to taught and shared all of my friends about Vietnamese culture and cuisine. I have over 5 years of experience leading visitors to destinations throughout Central Vietnam, which has given me insight into the interests and passions of every traveler around the world. Because I was born in Hoi An Ancient Town, close to historical sites and assembly halls, I have a better understanding of the history here as well as Hoi An cuisine. This prompted me to embark on this tour.

Food tour of Hoi An - Had an amazing time on the Hoi An food tour hosted by the energetic, friendly and super knowledgeable Tam.
The tour was very personalised, with Tam asking our likes/dislikes and what dishes we had already eaten beforehand.
The tour gave us a great insight not only into the delicious Hoi A cuisine, but also the history of the city.
Our highlights were the visit to the original White Rose wanton restaurant where we were given a wanton making demonstration, and the amazing Banh Beo - the best thing l've eaten in Vietnam - from a tiny restaurant that we would have never found on our own.
So glad we did this tour, and would highly recommend.

Top - Billy has offered us the best food tour ever. Top in preparing and asking what we want, gorgeous locations we would never have found and lots to information around everything we were eating. Must do when you are close

Great even in the rain - The tour was great. Despite the rain we still had a wonderful time with our guide, Hoa. She shared amazing local dishes and took the time to capture pictures throughout. We were able to add on two additional items that we were interested in.

Aussie foodies - Great friendly guide who looked after all our dietary needs and made sure we had drinks and a happy and very filling experience, the food and places we visited were very friendly so places were chosen perfectly for us.

Interesting, delicious, and fun. I loved it. - What a great tour. It's everything I wanted a food tour to be. Emily took us down little alleys to hidden places where the locals go. She taught us the history of each dish along with the story of the people who made it and shared Vietamese food that I had never tried before. It was all delicious. And fun. I take a food tour in every city I travel to, and this was my favorite to date. I want to come back to Hoi An and take it again. I definitely recommend it.

Perfect local experience! - We had a amazing time with Emily! They asked us in advance what we like, what we don’t like and how they can make sure that we have some new cuisine experiences. The tour was just perfect and we also got many local and cultural insights throughout the tour. Even a little birthday cake as a surprise for the birthday of my friend. A must for foodies visiting Hoi An - We would thoroughly recommend this food tour when visiting Hoi An. Emily was a great host. She explained about the culture and stories behind the food we ate which was all delicious. We visited places we would never have known about and had a fantastic evening.

Highly recommend if you’re a foodie visiting Hoi An - This food tour was exceptional. Emily was very knowledgeable about the culture and stories behind the food we sampled. We went to places we would never have experienced before and all the food was delicious. A stand out for us were the white rose dumplings.
