Plenty of power at a valid price - Tim picked us up on time and was a very good driver! He explained a lot to us, answered all the questions and guided us through the day without being intrusive. We would book a tour with him again at any time. Price-performance was extremely good and the combination of tour and transport from A to B was extremely good for us.

A very nice day with our driver and friend Tien! - We did our trip actually from Lang Co to Hoi An. The agency was helpful to accomodafe our changes to the classi 1 day tour from Hue to Hoi An. Our driver TIEN came to pick us up in the morning, smiling and full of energy. He immediatly toke us to have breakfast under our request. During the day we spoke really a lot, his english is fluent and clear, and he explained us many things about history and current trends in vietnamese society! He even invited us to his place but unfortunately we could not come back to Hue, but surely next time we will contact him! So, if you are eager to do this trip ask absolutely for TIEN as a driver, he made our day!

Perfect trip if you need a transfer from Hoi An to Hue - Loi was an excellent guide tour. He showed to us all the coast between Da Nang and Hue. He made the journey very pleasant for us. 100% recommend.

Awesome Ben - Ben is an awesome tour guide. He is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He demonstrates great passion and patience in his job and was very empathetic and reliable towards our travelling needs for the entire trip. He speaks good English as well and making our conversations easy along the entire trip.

Excellent way to get from Hoi An to Hue and see some sights along the way. - I recently took a transfer from Hoi An to Hue, and it turned out to be an excellent tour. Our driver, Vu, made the journey memorable by offering great options along the way. We visited Marble and Monkey Mountains, and traversed the stunning Hai Van Pass. Although we skipped Ba Na Hills, we explored the fascinating Ao Nang Cemetery instead, which was a unique experience.
Vu was not only a safe driver but also knew all the best spots for photos. His local knowledge and flexibility made the trip enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to travel between Hoi An and Hue.

Awsome trip! - The trip was awsome, we can see almost every beautiful things from Hue to Hoian ⛰️🏞️. The driver explain a lot about the place we went and also help to take photos of us. I recommend this trip with Samtour 🫶

Great experience - We were incredibly well looked after by our driver, with him giving us some of the local history and showing us local spots too.
He was a Hue local, and so knew everything even the local ghost stories.

Best way to travel from Hue to Hanoi! - We had a wonderful trip with along as our guide! He was a joy to travel with, sharing his jokes/stories and a wealth of information. Also an excellent photographer! He gave us plenty of cultural insight along the way, as well as tips on where to visit/eat on the rest of our destinations in Vietnam. Very comfortable drive too - in a spacious and air conditioned car. Perfect for the hot day. Long and the Samtour company were easy to contact via WhatsApp and very responsive.

Best tour we’ve ever done!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! - If we could give more than five stars, we would! Loi was probably one of the best tour guides my husband and I have had and we’ve traveled very extensively!
From the very start, communication was prompt, clear and easy. I had heard good things about Loi on TripAdvisor, but he still exceeded our expectations.
We decided we wanted to do a transfer from Hoi An to Hue with stops along the way. We wanted to depart early at 5am to fit in quite a big day and to get to My Son sanctuary nice and early (which I highly recommend doing to beat the heat and the crowd). Loi greeted us with a big warm smile and made us feel welcome immediately. The car was new, clean and aircon good. We were offered bottled water and if you wanted, there was even Wi-Fi!
Along the way Loi shared so many Interesting facts about the area and the places we were visiting. Plus he answered many of our other questions about the Vietnamese culture and country. It was wonderful how knowledgeable he was. And very fun and funny too!
At each stop he made sure take us all the way to get tickets, always pointed out the restrooms if we needed, and offered to take photos for us many times… which he is very good at!
Loi was very flexible and patient and made sure we got to do everything we wanted to do. He recommended the most amazing and affordable restaurant so we could experience the local Hue food - And hands-down, it was probably the best food we’ve eaten so far in Vietnam!!
Not only that he went above and beyond to find us a room close to the train station while we were having our meal. We needed somewhere just for 3-4 hours so we could shower and rest after a very long hot day and before we board our train tonight at 8:40PM. And it cost only $9 Australian! (150,000VND).
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! We are super grateful and will have many wonderful memories from this day.
