• Hoi An Ancient Town - Hoi An is an ancient town located in the lower section of Thu Bon River, Quang Nam Province, about 30 kilometers south of Danang city. Hoi An was a bustling international trading port,a meeting place of the trading ships of Japan, China and the West during the 17th and 18th centuries. Before this period, there was here also traces of Champa port which was known as a site on Silk Road along the sea. Hoi An ancient town today is a special example of a traditional port city in Southeast Asia which has been well preserved. Most houses here are of traditional architecture dating from the 17th to the 19th century, and are along the narrow main streets. Hoi An is also a land mark recorded much of the mixture of acculturation. The architecture of the city reflects the influence of chinese, japanese, french traders. Hoi An still maintained an intangible cultural diversity and richness.

TOUR SCHEDULE:

The tour guide will meet you at your accommodation in Da Nang or Hoi An at 3:00 pm. Please note that Hoi An city Centre is restricted for motorbikes from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, allowing only pedestrian traffic. You will then be transported to Hoi An city.
From 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, you’ll participate in a walking tour of Hoi An, exploring its ancient town. You’ll get to see notable sites like the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Tan Ky Ancient commercial house, the Japanese covered bridge, and the city’s cultural and historical museum, along with the local market. Following the walking tour, you’ll embark on a 20-minute Sampan boat ride down the Hoai River to experience the early night atmosphere of Hoi An. Subsequently, you’ll have the option to either explore the lantern area and night market or choose to have dinner at the Night Market. The tour concludes, and we’ll arrange your return to your hotel in Da Nang or Hoi An.
