Great day out in Hoi An - This tour was very much worth it! Our guide, Hung was very informative and entertaining. We started at the local market to learn about ingredients and produce that is used for cooking Vietnamese food. When then we’re shuttled to a local fishing village to meet the locals and take a ride on a basket boat for 30 mins. We ended with a class in making Vietnamese pancakes, spring rolls, stir fried chicken, papaya salad and morning glory. My wife and I enjoyed the meals very much and I would recommend this to anyone looking for an authentic experience.

A fantastic fun filled afternoon. Surpassed expectations! Seriously, go do it! - Where to begin. It was a fantastic afternoon spent. Picked up and dropped off at the hotel which was very convenient. Mr Cú was such a funny and entertaining host. We started off at the market, being shown all local ingredients and got to taste a few things along the way. It was wonderful! Then we went on to the Basket Boat trip (after an unexpected serving of delicious tea and a coconut snack). The fisherman who steered then little circular boats were so cheerful and endearing. You couldn't help but admire their efforts and enthusiasm for their jobs. We had a great 'driver' on the boat who spun us round and made us laugh so much. Then on to the cooking class section of the trip. The place was set up properly and organised so well. We were split into groups with a leader each. Mr Cú's wife and cousin were leading the other groups. They were all super friendly and helpful. You get to chop, slice, prepare and cook several dishes. The whole activity was super fun, insightful and entertaining. Everything was so delicious and at the end you all get to sit down for dinner and savour all your hard work. Yum! We loved Mr Cús humour, his passion and his ethos of also helping contribute to towards the community with disabilities by employing staff members with communication difficulties on the back of his personal journey of bringing up his eldest son who has cerebral palsy. You can feel the heart and passion from the entire family working together to provide this wonderful experience and service. It was very moving. We enjoyed our day immensely and I can't recommend this highly enough. I personally want to thank Mr Cú (sorry if i am not using the correct lettering) personally for being such a brilliant host and beautiful spirit. It was so much more enjoyable and fun and memorable than I could've imagined it to be. Loved it!

Absolutely outstanding - must do. Very professional and quality ingredients unlike some other cheaper options. - We had a brilliant guide, Mo who guided us around the markets and the took us through four recipes which were yummy. The bamboo boating was fun as well. Top tip: book the morning tour as the markets are less busy and also the food we cooked makes a nice lunch.

Fun. Great experience. - This was an excellent experience. What I loved most was the cooking class and visiting the market. Anna, our guide, was exceptional. She had so much information to share and her cooking skills were fantastic. I loved being able to experience ancient methods to make rice paper for our rice papà we rolls. We had children age 12 & 14 who also learned and loved it too. Thanks Anna
