Real the real Hoi An - Get off the beaten track and see some of the real Hoi An. Starts with some tours of the factories and workshops where they make the noodles and the like and the like. Then there's a food extravaganza! Probably something like eight courses of amazing Vietnamese street food
Super friendly and helpful guides, a great start to any trip to Hoi An

Awesome Experience - We booked the "Hidden Gems of Old Town Hanoi" and had a great time! Even though we had to get up really early to start the tour at 6am, it was more than worth it! This way we could see the producers in action and also were finished before the sun became too hot. There was a lot of food and information to digest but everything was delicious and we got to try a variety of dishes we would have never found by ourselves! And perhaps most importantly, we got to know a bit about the background of the owners at each of the many stations! We also had enough to drink along the way and overall were very well taken care of by our two amazing guides Kiwi and Quinni. Thank you very much!

The best trip you can join in Hoi An! Professional, amazingly well organized, and interesting. Worth every penny! - If you enjoy good food, want to experience local life, and try things you wouldn't normally do without the guidance of Angiee Adventures, this is the trip for you! It wasn't easy to wake up for a 6 am start, but we're glad we did. The guides were very attentive, professional, and spoke excellent English. We were also impressed with how well everything was organized; the guides communicated seamlessly with other partners to ensure the tour ran smoothly. Don't eat anything beforehand, as there will be plenty of delicious food!
Thanks again, Kiwi and Leo, for an unforgettable morning. We're very happy we joined the tour.

Must do activity for visitors to Hoi An ! - Our guide Kiwi and Leo were great, we were very lucky to have them as guides, they were attentive to questions, flexible and accommodating. Kiwi was able to give great insights as she is from Hoi An. They were engaging, not overly chatty and gave good tips and stories about how the Cao Lau was made, the processing of bean sprouts and even the local market tour. Kiwi shared the best secret to drinking Vietnamese Coffee (you got to ask her for the secret). They care deeply about their customers and even helped with transport arrangements after the tour. We greatly appreciate that. This is a recommended tour for anyone who wants to learn a little more about Hoi An.

A+++ Authentic local food tour - This was an outstanding tour for our four teenagers and four adults! Harry our guide, was lots of fun, informative and he took us on a tour through the streets where we sampled a wide variety of authentic culinary dishes. It was so interesting to see where the locals lived and worked. As kiwis, it was an experience we will never forget.

Brilliant Traditional Experience in Hoi An - Kiwi & Leo are amazing tour guides. They took their time to explain the history of the old family factories that have been making traditional noodles for 4 generations! Truly loved to learn how the amazing bean sprout is grown. The tour of the fresh fruit and wet market was brilliant. We sat with multiple vendors enjoying their particular product they sold. We also enjoyed one of the best Banh Mi’s and also the Cau Lau noodle dish along with multiple bits of history throughout the old city. Highly recommend this tour for everyone and everyone that is looking for a more traditional experience!

Super awesome morning activity - As with all our tours here in SE asia, this one was just super awesome. We met with Kiwi and Leo at 6 am just around the corner from our hotel. Although we were groggy, their warm friendliness woke us up and got us moving. Leo is from a different province down the coast but he works in Hoi an doing tours and moto taxi. Kiwi is a hoi an local. Both just absolutely wonderful people. Firstly we visited a family who has a production of Cao Lau noodles in a building behind their house. Rice noodles steamed in water and lye. Some what Smoky. We had a bowl of fresh noodles with soy sauce for breakfast that were just so tasty. Next we walked through some rice paddies and learned a bit about that. We talked about agriculture for a bit comparing theirs to ours in the Usa. It was great sharing and talking in that way. Next we saw a temple used mainly for celebrating family. Finally we went to the local open air market to explore, learn, and sample amazing , delicious, very viet snacks and dishes. Much much fun. Im a chef and passionate chef so you can imagine i was going a bit gaga. The food is delicious and fresh. We had the best glass of sugar cane juice ever ever outside the market. Finally we ate some killer Banh mi from madame kahns and finished at a coffee shop. The food and the tour itself were great. Especially having someone to show you a bit more than the tourist spots. But the best part truly was getting to know Kiwi and Leo and becoming friends. Meeting people from vastly different cultures and countries is the very best part. We are more alike than we are different. In the middle lays discovery, laughter, and love.

Attentive and caring Guides - My two sisters and I had an amazing experience with Harry and his tour assistant Nga on the walking food tour. They were both so friendly, personable, enthusiastic, and patient as they shared their culture with such passion and in-depth knowledge, we were treated as their guests, not just paying customers.
They showed sincere care and respect for each one of us in our group of six, as our ages were quite diverse.
At no time were we rushed during our time together. Harry was very perceptive to our desire to linger or move on from each attraction. This was confirmed by us realizing that at the end, we had gone over the allocated time frame of the tour...time flew.
Harry's tour attractions are local without crowds of tourists in the same place, very authentic and genuine.
That was the third tour we have done while in Vietnam, and it truly is the best.
Harry and Nga have given us three sisters such happy special memories of our time in Hoi An.
Absolutely recommend Angiee adventures while in Hoi An...it is a must to do on any travellers wish list.
Sincere thanks Harry and Nga for our memorable time.

Loved this tour with Harry so much that we booked Angiees Adventures Countryside tour as well. - Harry is a very talented, skilful guide. He genuinely cares about his customers, and is interested in them. Together with Nga, he was attentive to the needs and interests of the group. We never felt rushed at any place. They stayed for as long as the group was interested and until all our questions were answered.
We were a group of 3 sisters. The highlights of the tour were all different for us, and that is what I think makes the tour a success. Harry has put together an itinerary that has something that will appeal for all.
However, we especially loved speaking with the mung bean grower. Harry and Nga interpreted our questions for him and then translated his answers. He was so patient, with such a lovely demeanour, and willing to answer all our questions. The mung beans were the freshest, most crispy mung beans I’ve ever eaten.
We enjoyed Harry so much that we booked the Angiees Adventures Countryside Tour as well, which was different, but even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend one over the other as they both showcased different places and local food and handcraft producers. So, my recommendation is to do both if you have time in Hoi An. Both tours left us feeling deeply grateful and appreciative to the people we met because they enriched our time in Hoi An and made it so memorable.

Excellent tour - very much recommend doing if staying for a couple of days or more in Hoi An. - This was an excellent tour (a must do if in Hoi An). The tour lasts about 6 hours and is delieved by a friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic guide (Kiwi). The tour provides an overview of how the locals live, including but not limited to:
- how the cao lau noodles are made and who in the local area makes them
- how and where the local beansprouts are made
- a visit to a local broom maker
- a visit to the local market with commentary and tastings of various dishes and local drinks (which were all tasty)
- a visit to a local cake maker with tastings
- visits to various local food places for local food and drink tastings ( specific to the Hoi An area)
- A visit to a coffee shop at the end to try local coffees and smoothies
It's worth noting that this trip includes lots of food tastings, so much so, we couldn't eat it all. We never expected all the food that was going to be offered during the trip. It includes multiple dishes from small restaurants popular with the locals, some of which use the ingredients from the producers you see earlier in the tour, e.g. the noodles and beansprouts, which was interesting.
All in all, a superb tour, which was excellent value and really informative (delivered by a pationate knowledgeable guide). Do make sure you don't eat before attending this tour.
Highly recommended if in Hoi An to get a tSte of local culture.
