During the back stone incubation period, the therapist will massage your feet with oil and hot stones to each foot. After completing the legs, turn around and take the hot stones and massage your back with hot stones. This method will make you feel the heat of the stone slowly penetrating through the towel, affecting the muscle bundles inside, helping you clearly feel the change of the tense bundles returning to their normal state.
