Highly recommend! - The food was amazing! We came back from our basket boat ride and found that four dishes were ready for us to make- banana flower salad, cau lau noodles, mushroom pancake and stuffed grilled chili. Great cooking class and wonderful chef!

Great time - Had a great time with chef Tam. We were here during typhoon trami and they accommodated us so we could still get the bamboo boat experience once the weather got better!

Amazing, insightful, delicious food! - Our guide for the markets showed us where Vietnamese people get their ingredients. The coconut boat tour was very fun - we got to catch crabs using a fishing rod which was different and difficult. Tam was very knowledgeable and helpful during the cooking class. He displayed expert skills in the kitchen. Tam ensured everyone was on the same page and knew what they were doing. The finished product was amazing!
