The local chef will pick you up from your hotel by car or scooter and take you to a vibrant local market. Here, you’ll learn how to interact with local vendors and purchase ingredients for the class (optional).

Afterward, you’ll participate in a cooking class led by a professional chef with years of experience in Vietnamese cuisine. He will teach you how to prepare local specialties, which you will then enjoy.
