This class will make sure that you can work with our filter and the Secret Recipe of the master to make our beautiful coffee at home.
In this class you will learn about the process of coffee from crop to cup: Learn the steps needed to roast dark beans so that they mix perfectly with sweet condensed milk, which is an improvisation made due to the limitations on the availability of fresh milk at French colonial time.
