Fantastic find: a 21st century computerized distullery ! GENIOUS - Best find in Inverness: MUST SEE TO BELIEVE! 21st century: first new distillery in 130 years! Lucas (our guide) amazing, brilliant and genuinely engaged in the beer and whiskey industry!

Distillery tour and Scottish Mythology - We stopped for a beer while having a walk along the river during our stay in Inverness, as I was captivated by the modern front entrance of the distillery/brewery’s building. After that, we decided to return to experience the tour. We really enjoyed getting to know about the brand and the Scottish mythology built around it, with stories and great artwork all around. Nice experience, worth a try!

Enjoyable tour - Really enjoyable tour of the distillery. The tour was informative and staff were very friendly. The whisky and beer tasting at the end of the tour was a big bonus.

Worth a visit - Very knowledgeable staff passionate about what they do. Interesting to learn about the whole process. I was very impressed with the sustainability approaches to everything they do. I look forward to hearing how this very young distillery/ brewery continues to develop

Fun and informative brewery and distillery tour! - Such a fun and informative tour. Great for uninitiated as well as those familiar with the particulars of brewing and distilling. Loved the part (and the art) about tapping into Scottish myths (pun intended). Beautiful setting and a great way to spend an evening. Highly recommend.

New up and coming distillery - A new distillery in Inverness. The tour was informative. Great location along the river. They have tables outside which were very busy. The tasting after the tour was fun.

Hidden gem on the NC500 - Great tour and lovely staff - our guide Zoe did a great job explaining the process and all the innovations that they are implementing in the “brewstillery”. The Scottish mythology imagery is amazing and I loved the stories. As we were doing the NC500 this was a good way to end our day’s drive up to Inverness and get to do a whiskey tasting without a designated driver, as our hotel was just down the road. As it’s a new distillery be advised their single malt isn’t ready yet, but the blend they served was lovely and the beer is great (we stayed for an additional pint). A more substantial food menu would be a great addition!
