- Loch Ness - Loch Ness Photo Opportunity - Loch Ness a large, deep, freshwater loch in the Scottish Highlands best known for alleged sightings of the cryptozoological Loch Ness Monster, also known affectionately as “Nessie”. We will stop for a short walk down to the shores of Loch Ness, take some photos of the fantastic scenery and maybe even catch the monster out for an early morning swim.

Great Guide - great tour - great day - It was a great day. Our guide was so friendly and informative. He was also a lot of fun...quite humorous. He knew the attractions well and gave us his honest opinion as to "that's going to be a long hike, and I'm not sure it's worth it" ... and he was correct. We spent well over 12 hours together and we saw and learned so much about the beauty only found in Scotland.

Great day on the Isle of Skye - What a GREAT time we had on the Isle of Skye. Our guide, Michael, absolutely made this trip for us. His knowledge of both the Isle and Scottish history is unmatched. His love of country is inspirational. He took us places that the bigger tour busses were unable to venture too. He was very patient as we navigated the rocky beach looking for the dinosaur footprints, which we found! The stories and tales he told were a lot of fun. We packed a lot into one day and it was all worth it.

Fox/Cameron/Gilpin Family Tour - Michael was AMAZING! We adored him and he was so knowledgeable. He helped multiple of us find family tartans and history which was just the cherry on top. The locations he took us to felt like a different world. Views you will never have another chance to see. Michael made our entire trip and we can’t thank him enough.

A "HIGHLAND" good time! - The flexibility that the private transportation offers is invaluable. Our guide Michael took our preferences and varying ability levels into account, while making sure that we were able to experience some local gems off the beaten path. He gave great advice on souvenir and whiskey shopping and was an absolute gentleman. Very knowledgeable about the history and truly hilarious. Ladies if you get Michael he will insist on opening the car doors his tours, just lay back and accept his kindness. When we come back we will definitely chose Highland Tours 4 U again.

Wonderful Tour of the Isle of Skyte - My family of 7 and I did this tour of the Isle of Skye and we had the most wonderful time! Michael was our tour guide and we couldn't have asked for a better one. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, hilarious, and made sure we saw everything that we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend this tour to other people!

Great way to go to Isle of Skye for the day from Inverness - Absolutely recommend this way of seeing Isle of Skye and the beautiful route there. Our host Billy and driver Mike were wonderful and knowledgeable. Much of the landscape is breathtaking, but the Fairy Pools were the highlight. Comfortable van transit for our group of 7, left from a convenient location in Inverness.

This is the BEST Isle of Skye Tour! - This was a wonderful full day tour of the Isle of Skye! Mike showed us a lot of the beautiful sites during our private tour. His mixture of humor and history made the tour. Also, he went the extra mile with customer service; stopping to feed the Highland coo's, getting the best photo shots of specific sites, fun historic folklore and more! He was a great guide and we will definitely use this tour service again!
