So fun! - This was so fun - it was super windy and we sat upstairs and outside but it was still gorgeous and exciting. The snack bar is always a plus and spending an hour at Urquart with our toddler was perfect. Parking at the hotel was a little tight but I think would have been ok if we'd been there a little earlier. Signage is great, too.

The staff are magnificent. - Good and clear history throughout the short cruise. But the highlight was the attention the staff to a person with mobility problem ensuring he had a good seat and helped on and off the boat. Ten star treatment.

Ride on the Loch Ness - Short tour, but very beautiful scenery. Plus it gives you bragging rights that you’ve been on the Loch Ness. Spoiler - I did not see the monster.

Great overview of the loch and up close views of Urquhart - Great cruise. You really get up close to Urquhart and a lot of good info and beautiful sites on the loch. Highly recommend it, but also highly recommend heading to Urquhart as well -- fantastic ruins.

Really great way to take in a lot of sights - We absolutely loved our experience with Linda who was a fantastic guide. We had a short stay in Inverness and wanted to see a lot but did not have a car, plus Sunday travel times made it trickier to pack it all in. Our tour was a great way to take in local sights and knowledge by coach, plus the boat trip on Loch Ness which felt calm and a great way to take in the stunning scenery, followed by the Castle which we had plenty of time to explore and rounded off with a coach ride back a different route to the one we came - making us feel like we saw a lot in a relatively short space of time.

Recommendable - It was a nice trip, we enjoyed feeling the chill air of Loch Ness while sailing it, and Urquhart Castle is a beautiful sight. However, one aspect to be polished in our opinion is that if you are on the upper deck the information coming from the loudspeaker cannot be heard, thus missing one of the key aspects of the trip, at least for us. Finally, the toilet on board was pleasantly warm and clean, and it was not difficult to park our car. We recommend this trip.

Not the best boat trip - My family and I paid to do this cruise on Monday. The weather wasn't great but that can't be helped. We were keen to listen to the audio guide but the sound quality was so bad that you couldn't hear it indoors and if you were outside on the lower deck we literally had to stand under the speaker. Maybe time for a sound upgrade? The trip itself was short and sweet - a quick trip along the Loch to Urqhuart Castle and back again. The boat was fairly well furnished but not enough seats inside if the weather is bad. Staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks and refreshments on board were expensive but standard for a tourist attraction.
