• Basilica Catedral Nuestra Senora de la Altagracia - The Basilica of Higuey
  Its official name is Basilica Cathedral Nuestra Señora de la Altagracia, and it is a Catholic sanctuary in Salvaleón de Higüey, the capital of the province of Altagracia, to which Punta Cana belongs. It is one of the busiest sanctuaries in the Caribbean and is impressive for its construction and beauty. We will be able to enter the basilica and appreciate its construction and internal decoration.
• Anamuya - Anamuya Mountain
  There is no better place near Punta Cana to experience rural Dominican life than in Anamuya. We will visit a typical open-air cottage and see cocoa and coffee plantations. After lunch, we will do the ziplining and the jungle buggy tour
• Higuey - Horseback riding through tropical grasslands
  We will take a short but fun horseback ride through green pastures, where you will see gigantic mango trees, thousands of coconut trees, and extensive and varied tropical vegetation. It is definitely a horseback ride worthwhile.

In this full day excursion we will be doing the following program: We will pick you up at the hotel in an air-conditioned bus. Keep in mind that we usually go to other hotels to look for participants for this experience. The first thing we will do is ride horseback in the field, in this same ranch we will see how the cigars are twisted and you will be able to taste them, you will taste the real Dominican Mamajuana (a mixture of rum, wine and honey aged in roots and barks of Dominican Afro- Dose plants) Then we will visit the Basilica ‘Virgen de La Altagracia’ and the local market. We will go to the mountains and we will stop at a small family farm where they grow coffee and cocoa, and see how they make their natural products from these plants, which is their livelihood. At the end we will go to have lunch at a place on the river. Lunch will be a typical Dominican meal, very delicious! You can take a refreshing bath in the river too. Then, will do the ziplining and go on a buggy tour.
