AMAZING ZIPLINE EXPERIENCE! - One of the best zip line tours we have been on! The longest line is 800 meters long!! The guides were all very friendly, helpful, and made us feel very safe. The equipment and facility are very well maintained. Nothing felt substandard at all. The bus ride from the beach resorts is 45 minutes to an hour but our guide filled the time by telling us all about the country and its culture and people. I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed!

10/10!!! - From beginning to end, the whole experience was amazing! Our transportation was on time, the guide “Sammy Carwash” was not only informative but hilarious at the same time! The young man explaining the safety procedures was very clear and precise (also funny)! The harness equipment was in excellent condition and the guides made sure to secure it properly on everyone! The zip lining was exhilarating! 10/10!

Great excursion! - I would highly recommend this excursion. Its a beautiful area and the people were helpful and security conscious. My family had a great time and we would do it again.

Zipping - It was a wonderful experience! Our driver was very nice and engaging. Our guides were knowledgeable, kept safety their priority and were with us the entire way. Our kids had a blast, they wished to be older to be able to do the whole course. Great experience over all!

Amazing fun experience. Well organized and safe! - Overall an amazing experience!! I’m so glad I did it. Now for the details: I was the first pick up (picked up exactly on time) and including all other pick ups it took about 2 hours to reach the zipline location. Once you arrive you will see other tour buses arriving as well. They are all run by the same company. I had a bus exchange in between as the same company operates to the monkey park and the buggy tours. But it is well organised, so nothing to worry. Once you arrive you should rent a locker for $5 (you get to keep the lock later) unless you have a small waist purse or so. I kept my stuff in the locker for safety. They will then fit you the harness and helmets and ensure it is all good and secure. Safety instructions are clearly stated and demonstrated (pay attention!). I was a bit apprehensive about the steps before booking as I’m asthmatic and inclines / steps are difficult for me. There is not really a lot of walking involved but stairs for sure. There is a mix of stairs and inclines. There is only one tall block of steps+inclines as shown in the pic. Others are far fewer. You have to climb between 5-15 steps at other platforms. This big block comes at zipline #9. So you could be a bit tired by then. But they won’t rush you so you have enough time to catch your breath. You are not expected to rush upstairs. Follow instructions properly and you will be safe and able to enjoy this to the maximum. Wear light clothes as it could get really hot. The tour is well managed and organised. Very impressed. At all zipline platforms they check if you are doing okay. The staff are very passionate and responsible with what they do. You can also get some nice photos of yours and are not too expensive to purchase. As a solo female traveller safety is top priority and I felt safe and would recommend.

Great zipline experience - Arranged through Runners Adventures. Had a great time doing this with our granddaughters (20's). Ziplines were so much fun and instructors were professional, friendly and very safety conscious. Even the hotel pickup and bus ride were enjoyable as our driver/guide was funny and entertaining as he talked about the areas we were driving through. Would highly recommend.

Our guide on the drive up was awesome. I forgot his name but I included his picture. - This was a great trip for my 16-year-old daughter and myself. It is a long drive from the resort because you have to go into the mountains, but the view is beautiful as you can see in the picture. You drive through some very small local towns on the way up and you get a glimpse of how people there live. At one point, we had to slow down because three cows were walking right down the middle of the road and they, obviously, have the right away. Lol When you arrive, don’t be stressed about the amount of people that are waiting to go on the course as they move you through it without very much waiting at all. The staff are very professional and very good at their job they make you feel safe the entire course. A special shout out to Reyes. It was very helpful to both me and my daughter. At the end of the course, they do not solicit you for tips. There’s a big bucket for tips and you just go up there and drop money in it.

Great tour and great crew - We had a great time. The trip from the Hard Rock was very long, but we had a guide on the bus with us that provided a guided tour of the areas we were passing along the way. The crew at the zip line stations was very nice. They had no issues with me taking photos and videos. They also took photos and sold them for a reasonably low price of $40 for all the ditial photos. They have a nice gift shops with refreshments for sale. Felt we spent way too much time watching the coffee demonstration which is really a sales pitch to buy their products (which is why I docked it a star), but aside from that, it was a great tour. I would recommend this tour company and the nice team they have working there.

Fun trip, annoying transport - Ziplining was super fun, friendly staff, great course. Safety is a priority. It rained, but it’s in the forest and just added to the adventure! Transport to/from resort was annoying since they combine tours, you will wait for other tours to finish, like - for us - we waited 90 min.

Great ziplines - great staff - just too much waiting around time - The ziplines were great. 12 ziplines and one was a half mile long. Great staff and driver - I was happy to tip them. I was impressed with the safety too. Only problem was the description. When I saw “6 hours” I was thinking we would get to go down the ziplines more times. Actually you’re only on the ziplines 10-15 minutes total for all 12 ziplines then you’re done. 7:35 pickup and didn’t get on the first zipline until about 10:30. If the description was accurate I still would have done this and still recommend it - I just wouldn’t have been so disappointed will all the standing around time.
