Best day! - One of the highlights of our trip ! Melvin was awesome and kept us entertained the whole time. The beaches were beautiful and the whole excursion was worth the early wake up because we got there before the crowds arrived !! 10/10!!

Early start but so worth it to beat the crowds to the most beautiful beaches on Saona Island 🏝️, you will never regret this tour and Melvin is kind, knowledgeable, AND takes pictures of you and the group and sends to you FREE of charge at the end of your day so you can just really relax and enjoy your day. Absolutely hands down the best excursion, don't even think about it, just book and enjoy the smaller group excursion. Y’all - THIS IS THE ONE!!! Amazing! - Y’all - THIS IS THE ONE! We cannot begin to describe how amazing this adventure was. FULL SERVICE!! Rum, food and a trip experience you will never forget. You get up early but get to enjoy the beaches BEFORE the mega tours come through. It’s a wonderful thing having a piece of paradise to your family for the day.

Beautiful beaches and DR culture - my favorite excursion - Melvin is the real one! Transparent communication, fascinating review of DR history, intimate small group experience - well worth waking up early on vacation. Note this is not your typical tropical party excursion. Think more you're Anthony Bourdain and Melvin is your "fixer" on Isla Saona. Melvin knows the people, platforms the culture, and champions the importance of respecting the beautiful land. All this while you get to swim some of the most beautiful spots in DR. Getting to every stop early meant we stayed ahead of the crowds. Would HIGHLY recommend and I would be happy to book the same experience again.

Don’t miss this excursion! - This tour was amazing. Melvin takes you to great beaches in addition to the only village on the island where people live. We got to visit a turtle sanctuary and swim with the starfish! This was so much better than the packed boats of the other tour operators. Melvin takes great pics along the way and shares them for free! The buffet lunch of local cuisine was excellent! Don’t waste your money on the large group tours!

Just Do It…… Outstanding! - What a great tour. Being on a speed boat we were able to beat the masses of people. We made 4 stops and some great beaches. Lunch was outstanding! The guide and crew were the very best. This is one of the best tours we have been on! Book it !

Horrible experience - The reason we decided to select this provider was their rating on viator and soo positive reviews from customers. So despite the fact that their tour was more expensive than the number of other tours, we took it. But unfortunately it was a great disappointment. 1) The first thing is that they say that their tours are small groups but in fact this is not true - there was a group of 20 people. Yes, we were kept separate on the boats and buses, but on all the beaches we were all together. So had to wait for each other all the time. 2) Then starting with a visit to the village where locals live - we didn’t see any turtles which is fine as this is nature, but it felt like they just tried to sell us things using advance marketing techniques and highlighting numerous times why their tour is better than the other ones. 3) The biggest frustration was when they brought us to the beach with an extremely dirty water and broken sun loungers - do we really deserve laying on the broken loungers for $160/person? We came for a vacation for a limited time - why should we pay to swim in dirty water when instead we could swim in a clean water in our hotel? I understand it was after hurricane - in this case let us spend more time on other cleaner beaches or reduce your tour time, make it cheaper but don’t bring people to the beach where it is impossible to swim. 4) My friends went to a tour for $120 where they visited all places we saw on this tour and had a way better service and food & beverages experience. ‘Open bar’ on this tour was only rum and beer. Don’t recommend anyone. Doesn’t worth the money at all.
