There are two ferry departure times to Daufuskie Island: 9 AM and 11 AM.

• 9 AM departure: Arrives on Daufuskie Island at approximately 9:45 AM. The return ferry departs at 3 PM, arriving back on Hilton Head Island at 4 PM.
• 11 AM departure: Arrives on Daufuskie Island at approximately 11:45 AM. The return ferry departs at 5 PM, arriving back on Hilton Head Island at 6 PM.
