Great experience! - What a wonderful experience with Segway leader - Bob! Even my 15 year old daughter would like to do it again. We have never been to HHI or tried a Segway, so this was a great way to learn more about HHI and learn to ride a Segway. Great fun all around!!

Outstanding Eco Segway Tour - This Segway experience was fabulous! My mom and I went for the first time ever and our guide, Chris, did a phenomenal job! He was an excellent instructor, very knowledgeable and covered a lot of area with us. We even ventured over to Jarvis Creek Park and saw some alligators. He was incredibly safe the entire time. We loved this and absolutely recommend the tour!

Just do it! - This was so much fun!!! You will become a solid rider in just minutes. Our group was in their late 60s to mid 70s so age is no excuse! Our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the low country ecosystem. Plenty of "off road" fun with the segways. Simply a must do when you are in the Hilton Head area.

Great family fun! - We had a wonderful private family tour - 8 of us from 14-84 years old - with Segway leaders Bob and Liz. Our family has been to the Discovery Coastal Museum before but not on Segways, and they were able to show us more and teach us more than we'd ever seen before. Good instructions for the use of Segways, good length of the trip, good rest stops, good fun riding over a variety of terrain, good fun all around! We would all highly recommend this excursion!

Excellent Segway tour - John was an excellent Segway guide. He was very informative, but also fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our 90 minutes and would definitely return.

Great fun - Awesome time. Both me and my 13 year old daughter loved it. First time on Segways and was easy to learn. Chris did a great job narrating the tour and ensuring we had a great experience.

Interesting and Fun! - Our guide was very patient and professional. Enjoyed learning to use a segway for the first time. Interesting info about the island at first, then a fun ride through the nature trails.

Eco Discovery Tour - This adventure was informative, interesting and lots of fun. Kim and John were fabulous to work with. I’d give it 10 stars if I could just for the way John made the tour fun and successful for a family member who found it challenging.

BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! - BEWARE! Horrible customer service, this tour came up when searching things to do in Charleston, SC on TripAdvisor. We booked as this was our fist time visiting SC, when we were planning out our day the night before the tour we realized both this tour and another we booked were 2 hours away from Charleston. Cancellation policy is to cancel 24 hours prior to tour for both tours, we immediately contacted both tours that night as soon as we realized. The other company super nice, helpful accommodating and refunded the trip on the first contact with them. This company however, decided $190 would be worth a bad customer review and taking tourist who were unaware of the area for their money….furthermore they responded through TripAdvisor basically calling us liars. I would save your money and book with a company who has higher standards and exhibits true southern hospitality.
