A Journey Through Time: Discovering Hiraizumi’s Spiritual Heritage

Nestled in the serene mountains of southern Iwate, Hiraizumi is a place where history whispers through the leaves of ancient trees and the stones of timeworn temples. As I embarked on the Hiraizumi Half-Day Private Trip, I was eager to explore this once-glorious city that rivaled Kyoto in its heyday.
