The day begins early as the English-speaking driver team arrives to pick up guests from their hotel or a designated location. The journey starts with a drive to the future residential and administrative hub of Ho Chi Minh City. Here, guests can enjoy the sunrise and a view of the city from the riverside, surrounded by a refreshing morning breeze and lush greenery.
Next, the tour proceeds to one of Saigon’s most bustling markets in District 4, the city’s unique island. Guests will pass through numerous alleys, witnessing street vendors beginning their busy day, offering a variety of fresh tropical fruits, vegetables, and local offerings.
The tour continues to the distinctive floating market in District 7, where guests can fully immerse themselves in local life, savor fresh coconut, and engage with the locals. This market is a docking point for many boats from the Mekong Delta, laden with tropical fruits and vegetables, serving as both home and marketplace. Crossing the bridge connecting District 5 to the island offers contrasting views of modern districts and poorer areas with stilt houses lining the riverside.
The journey proceeds to Saigon’s largest flower market, which supplies nearly all the city’s flowers. A stop at a local coffee shop in the park, known as the bird café, allows guests to enjoy and learn how to make Vietnamese coffee while listening to birds sing. This park is also a popular spot for locals practicing Tai Chi in the early morning.
The tour concludes with a return drive to the hotel, leaving guests with a wish for a wonderful day.
