Great Day in Ho Chi Min - loved the trishaw ride - Danny was a great tour guide, food was great, plenty to do and was never worried about getting back to the ship on time. Highly recommend this company for shore tours.

Best Enjoyed - Found Pham tours on Cruise Critic and booked 2 shore excursions of Ho Chi Min City & Nha Trang . We diid not regret this decision. From the first email Mr. Dung Pham was very responsive. Very was quick in replying to all questions and the final instructions on meeting place etc. very precise. Our Tour with guide Mr Huy (Handsome) was awesome. Not only was he very informative about his country, we enjoyed some language lessons, and he was also very entertaining. Visiting the city with history was great. The trishaw hair raising at times but thoroughly enjoyed. Our Nha Trang tour with Mr Hein was just as good and entertaining. Doing the "backwater cruise" on the river was good. The exposure to Vietnamese daily lives of families by, visiting them and observing the manufacture of the products was well worth it The itineraries were delivered to the "T". All in all both great tours and will highly recommend PHAM TOURS for quality of tours and great service

Amazing tour - Visited Saigon while on a cruise ship this month . I was very disappointed with the ship’s tours . I found Pham tours while on a cruise critic forum and we joined some of our other passengers on Pham tours tours . They were amazing!! In Saigon Our tour guide Ben was excellent , he looked after us so well and made our day so much fun starting with the journey to the port teaching us about the country , the language and making us laugh a lot! We got to see so much , the trishaw ride was great and Ben kept us on time and got us back to the Cruise ship in plenty of time . Thank you Pham tours I highly recommend you and Especially Ben you are a great tour Guide

Vietnam Shore Excursions - We did the Saigon City tour, plus Trishaw Ride with guide Mr Tu on a shore tour from Royal Carribean's Spectrum of the Seas.. Great way to spend a day. Easy to find Mr Tu and driver/car just outside the port gates. A bit of a drive into the city, but this was expected and the van is very comfortable. A good number of stops and back to the boat with plenty of time to spare. Highlights were the lunch (included in the price) and the Trishaw Ride. Highly recommended.

Three Tours on three seperate Days - We booked all three tours to Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang and De Nang as our Celebrity Millennium ship was making three Vietnam stops. Communication with Dung before we travelled was very good and please make use of his suggestion to share cabin numbers so you can plan (by ship phone) your meeting up places and times. Plan to walk off the boat together, find Pham Tours minibus (easy) and start your day. Each Tour has been well written about on these pages so I'll make it short and just say that EVERYTHING was BRILLIANT. These tours were the highlight of our 16 day holiday, I loved Vietnam and wish to return. All 3 guides were knowledgeable, polite and funny. All meals were well received and planning between places we visited was seamless. You have no worries about times toi return to the ship, they all know how important that is. The main thing when considering to book is "Do you want a small group with realistic prices ($60 v $120 with Celebrity?), no big queues and you can hear everything your guide is saying". The Celebrity Excursions are not worth the money and you are late off the ship and early to return making the places you visit less than with Pham Tours. Well Done to Pham Tours and all his colleagues, HIGHLY recommend.

Great shore excursion - We had a full day tour to Saigon from our cruise ship. Mr. Tu was early and was a very organized and experienced guide. Highlights were coffee at the Rex Hotel, Trishaw ride (a bit hair raising but quite an experience) and lunch at Pho 200 Noodles. Lunch was included in the tour and very authentic and tasty. We saw several important sites and learned more about the history of this city. We arrived back at the cruise port in a timely manner. Never worried about being late. This was a great value and very interesting tour. Dung Pham was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions before the tour. Highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful Tour - Can highly recommend this tour and Dung Pham pulled out all the stops to give us a great tour. Even the rickshaw ride rather hair raising but good fun, the lunch in a local restaurant was an experience, but the food was good and it was authentic local food. Pick up and Drop off was as we expected, right on time. Good value for the money

WONDERFUL TOUR - This is one of two tours from Pham that we took. It was phenomenal. Pham replies to your emails in a timely matter and is very organized. Our driver was waiting for us with our names on the windshield. We had a full day and went to about 7 different sites, including lunch. There were only 8 of us, which made it even better. I am recommending him to all of my friends heading to Vietnam in the near future.

Unforgettable experience - Our group of two families started the tour to Ho Chi Min City in Phu My Port. Our guide was Ms. Linh. She is a very experienced, well-informed and excellent English speaking guide. She was very attentive to our interest, so we spent an unforgettable day in Ho Chi Min City. We can only highly recommend this tour from Dung Pham!

A Great Day in Saigon with Dung Pham Tours - We had a great day with our guide Sonny. The guide was ready and waiting as we were dropped off of the ship's shuttle that exited the industrial port. He was easy to find holding a sign with our names on it. On the ride to Saigon in a beautifully clean and comfortable van, he pointed out sights and answered our questions with great English skills. The trishaw ride, Rex Hotel, Pha Noodle lunch were very enjoyable for us; showing a lot of planning and effort from Dung Pham and Sonny to make the tour flow so smoothly. We highly recommend this tour from Dung Pham and would extend that recommendation to other tours that he may offer. It was tremendous value for the cost.
