The palace is like a time capsule frozen in 1975. You can see two of the original tanks used in the capture of the palace parked in the grounds. Reunification Palace was the home and workplace of the French Governor of Cochin-China. It has lush gardens, secret rooms, antique furniture, and a command bunker. It’s still in use to host important occasions in Ho Chi Minh, including APEC summits.

If you want to truly learn, have a tour with Tony - Tony was amazing ! We really enjoyed our city tour and it was one of the best ones we have had so far during our trip. Tony was super knowledgeable and focus on details. We left the tour feeling smarter and actually learned a lot. He is honest and will tell you where to go and not to go to avoid paying too high prices. Will definitely recommend him for our friends visiting Ho Chi Ming.
