We’ll begin our culinary journey with some local street food, such as grilled meat noodle salad (bún thịt nướng chả giò) or fish noodle soup with mustard greens (bún cá canh rau cải). The street food sold here is varied, reflecting the diverse culinary preferences of the people from different regions who reside in this area.
• Ho Thi Ky Flower Market - Our journey continues to the largest flower market in District 10. Here, you’ll enjoy grilled oysters with black pepper sauce and quail egg-topped oysters. Our second meal includes a special rice paper salad mixed with onions, eggs, young shrimp, and a special sauce, accompanied by local beer. The flowers sold here are collected from all over Vietnam, and you can easily purchase any type you like while enjoying their gentle fragrance and beauty. We’ll also pause to savor grilled beef skewers with a special sauce.
• Đường Nguyễn Trãi - Returning to our tour, the guide will lead you to Nguyen Trai Street, a bustling thoroughfare where nearly everything is sold, from clothing to souvenirs.
• Đường Nguyễn Văn Cừ - Crossing the Nguyen Van Cu Bridge, you’ll be struck by the panoramic view of Saigon at night, feeling a peaceful moment as you look out over the Saigon River, enjoying the fresh air after hours spent in the busy city.
• District 4 - Our final stop is District 4, known as the smallest district in Saigon and historically referred to as the mafia area. Here, you’ll get to enjoy a delicious serving of spring roll vermicelli, a perfect end to a day filled with exploration and discovery. On our way there, we’ll stop at a local vendor to taste one of the best bánh mì in Saigon. Then, we will have dessert with a tropical fruit smoothie or caramel flan.
