Seeing Saigon - This tour was perfect, Larry, Windy, and Tai showed us important sights in the city. However, what made this tour special though was that we could customize our experience to see and do what we were interested in. The best way to see the city and hidden parts - Enjoyed the family feeling and local cultural experiences. Iconic spots, must see buildings with great informative company. Do yourself a favor and do this first. It will give you lots of ideas you can follow up on later. My guides Tai and Windy made me feel safe traversing the narrow streets and also spoke exceptional English

Fun fun under the Vietnamese sun! - Long is the best tour guide I have had. He has amazing sense of humour and really knows how to entertain. A friendly tour that showed me the best of the best. He asked me what I liked and took me to to places locals would go for things like coffee. I had a fun day and I am glad Long was with me. I travel solo so it’s always a godsend when I get to hang around someone who ends up being a friend. When I come back to Saigon, I’ll definitely use this company and make sure I get to spend the day with Long. Thanks guys for the great day.

Fabulous!! - I booked my tour and was picked up right on time at my hotel. Just before I was picked up I mentioned to desk clerk that I had some passion fruit for breakfast and it was delicious. When Wendy my guide arrived I saw her speaking with the desk clerk.later in the tour while I was at the museum Wendy went and created a passion food drink for me.It was such a surprise, but I realized that Wendy was one of the nicest people I have had tha opportunity to meet on one of my many trips. Wendy spoke great English, had a great sense of humor and wonderful knowledge of Saigon and Vietnam. I must confess I was a bit worried about riding a motorcycle in Saigon, but Wendy made me feel so comfortable with her driving that I decided to take an evening tour with her as my guide. I would highly recommend Cricket Tours and if you are as Lucky as I was and get Wendy as a tour guide you will not regret the trip.

Awesome Sightseeing Tour - We experienced a great tour with Linh and Anh Thu in Saigon. It was very interesting to learn the most important things about the city and to drive through the crazy traffic. The girls did a great job were very friendly, funny and smart. We would absolutely recommend that tour for everyone who wants to get to know the city and have a fun time.

DISAPPOINTED - I booked this tour about 24 hours in advance, and I was confirmed. Just a couple of hours before the tour was scheduled to start, I was informed by the tour operator that they haven't dealt with Viator in years. I'm not certain how much truth there was to that excuse, but I was disappointed and had to request a refund.
