- HOANG CUISINE Vietnamese restaurant and vegetarian - We will gather at our starting location where you’ll learn about the history and ingredients of egg coffee. Following that, we’ll guide you through the step-by-step process of making egg coffee so you can recreate it at home.

We will meet up at our place which is close to the best spots in Tam Coc (Tam Coc Wharf, Bich Dong Pagoda, Thai Vi Temple, Mua Cave). Then, we’ll introduce everyone in the class to help you get to know each other better. We’ll assist you in preparing and explaining the ingredients for the egg coffee-making class. Step by step, our guide will demonstrate the procedure for making it. You’ll get hands-on experience making egg coffee yourself.
Enjoy your coffee with your new friends in the class. We offer a snack (a fresh spring roll) during the class. We’ll also give you tips on choosing good-quality coffee that suits your taste while making it.
