50ccm scooter - Today I‘ve rented a 50ccm scooter. The Scooter had much more power then expected, if you are looking for Scooter which you can drive with a car licence this is the were you have to Go! Also they have been really friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience!

10/10 - Learn how to ride a moped in 30mins! - This is a perfect place to learn how to ride a moped in Ninh Binh. 3 absolute beginners and Mr Hoang taught us how to ride on the roads in 30mins. Would highly recommend doing this ahead of jumping on the busy Vietnamese roads!!

Super motorcycles rent shop in Tam Coc! - We rented 4 50cc motorcycles to visit all the sites around Tam Coc and it was the best way to do so! We could practice in front of the shop and we were able to keep in touch all day long with them via WhatsApp, they were really careful with us. I would definitely recommend!!!

Friendly guy - Really nice motorbike rental and very good english! We could easily extend our rent through whatsapp and just paid after. Also we had some trouble with the break light, which got fixed immediately.

Top class bike rental with kind owner - Absolutely 100% recommend this place! We hired two 50cc bikes as beginners and the owner was so so helpful. A complete gem and a lovely man. His English was great. He gave us a quick lesson on the quiet road where his shop is situated and didn’t let us leave until he was confident we had it nailed, even when we thought we had! That gave us more confidence when we left. He was always available by WhatsApp to support us with any questions and let us keep the bikes a day longer than we had planned. Would recommend to anyone, especially beginners who want shown the ropes and to get some confidence before heading out. His shop is also at the start of a backroad out towards Mua Cave and Trang An, which was a great way to go and stay off the main road. A 5* experience in every way! We miss the bikes already.

Great 50CC motorbikes to rent - Ninh Binh Motorbikes were great. 50CC bikes are sometimes not easy to find. We had never ridden motorbikes before and he took the time to teach us and let us practice along the very quiet path until we felt safe. We would highly recommend renting motorbikes from here, we had a great day!

Positive rental experience - Alan was helpful and professional from the moment we reached out to him about renting 50cc motorbikes. When we arrived the next day, he greeted us with ice, water, a bathroom, WiFi, and a place to sit and store our stuff. We’re new to motorbikes, hence the 50cc rental, and he gave us a thorough orientation and then hands on practice until we felt comfortable. He even took photos and videos to share with us, which was super nice! He then helped us plan our route (we were heading 40 min away and wanted to enjoy scenic, less busy roads) and off we went. We had a great time in Ninh Binh, and the bikes really helped us get out and explore the beautiful area and communities like we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Best scooter rental in Ninh Binh! - Very good service, affordable, great teacher for beginners for no extra cost (the owner’s brother also has lessons in Hanoi), always ready to help if need of support, great quality scooters. First we only wanted to rent for one day and it was no problem extending a day and paying the second day when we returned them. Highly recommend!

Kindness doesn't mean honesty and fairness - The owner is friendly and one of the few English speaking Vietnamese I've met during my journey. However, the way he suggested the price and calculation left me in doubt if he is truly the best and only motorbike rental service provider in Ninh Binh. First, I expected the daily rent would be 150k for the automatic 50cc bike he said it should be 180k and the manual bike is for 150k for two days. Later I found other hotels rent the automatic at 150k and the manual at 120k. It made me feel stupid. Second, he suggested we pay for the full 7 Litre gasoline in advance at 25k per litre since it would be carefree and if we were to refill it in other gasoline stations, it would be over 30k per litre. I argued that we don't want to pay for the entire gasoline but he reiterated that his offer is reasonable and logical three times so I trusted him. A total of 535k was charged but he said he would kindly round it off to 500k. At the end of my rent, I figured that I only used up 20% of the entire gasoline and I pointed that out to him to see if he was willing to reimburse the unused fuel fee. He then changed his words saying that the full tank would be 8 litre and 20% means almost 2 litres equivalent to 50k, which means he gained 90k extra for gasoline. But he twisted the logic to insist that we are not overcharged. By this far I was fed up with his own argument to guard his profit and I left him with the full 500k for my rent. If you are someone who doesn't feel ok to be ripped off by a smiling face and kind gesture, I recommend you find other rental services. I didn't feel very happy thinking about this experience and I was disappointed at his reactions.
