Jens, the distiller, generously shares his passion for how he creates his products and is happy to answer any questions you may have.

Frogmore Creek Cellar Door & Restaurant - We head to the renowned Frogmore Creek Winery Estate in the Coal River Valley for a two-course lunch paired with wine, plus wine tasting. Known for its fine cuisine and breathtaking views, this is one of southern Tasmania’s top culinary destinations. Over lunch, we slow down a bit, taking in the ambiance, flavors, and scenery of this delightful stop. As we conclude our time together discovering some of the hidden food and drink delights of southern Tasmania, it’s a great time to relax a little more as you prepare for the next stage of your travels.
