Arrival at Hoedspruit: A Gateway to Adventure

The moment I stepped off the plane at Hoedspruit airport, I felt the familiar thrill of anticipation that accompanies every African adventure. The drive to Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate was a gentle introduction to the landscape, with glimpses of giraffes and warthogs along the way. The next morning, I awoke before dawn, the excitement of a full day safari in Kruger National Park propelling me out of bed.
