Excellent Glacier Tour. Highly Recommended. - Great half-day trip, and a really fun way to learn about the forces that have shaped and continue to shape Iceland. Our guide, Kallia, was terrific--friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and of course very safety conscious. I went with my 18 year old son and I think this was his favorite part of our trip. From my perspective the small group tour was definitely worth the small extra cost.

Amazing Melrakki small group glacier hike - Probably the coolest thing we did during an epic week in Iceland. I booked this tour for my family of 6 because we wanted more time on the glacier and wanted to be able to go at our own pace. So worth it. It was just us and our guide, Kate. She was awesome. She really looked out for everyone, especially my mom, who is 72 and did this hike like a champ, and really explained a lot about the glacier, Falljökull.

Unbelievable experience! - I chose this tour for maximum time on the ice, and it exceeded my expectations in every way! Our guide Javi provided facts, history, and humor the entire 4+ hrs we were together. This was my first glacier hike, and I was in awe the whole time. From strapping on the crampons, to rappelling off a crevasse, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Great glacier hike - Awesome and unforgettable glacier hiking experience. Fanny is a very friendly guide who knows the site like the back of her hand and made us enjoy it. The groups being very small, this allows you to enjoy the experience even more. We highly recommend this excursion.

One of the best guided tours we have experienced. - Exceptional experience on the glacier. Our guide Antwon was fantastic, very knowledgeable and great fun. This company takes small groups only and it made all the difference in what we could access on the glacier. Amazing trip!

Definitely worth doing! - We enjoyed out glacier hike with Anton. He fitted us out with our gear (Grampians, helmet and pick axe) and led our small group far from the other tourists. We went high up on the glacier, took some great photos and peered into ice crevices. As it was raining at the time of our visit he even let us borrow some raincoats. Anton was very patient with our group as we navigated the ice. I would definitely recommend Melrakki Tours.

Wonderful Experience - This tour was AMAZING -it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Iceland! The glacier is an awe-inspiring place. Javi was our guide and he was fantastic. We had a much smaller group than anticipated, so he offered to let us try ice climbing and rappelling which was a nice surprise! Would highly recommend this tour!

Glacier excursion, top guide and small group!!! - This was really crazy! We were a family with a 10-year-old son. There were a total of 7 participants, the small group was great fun. The guide Vanny also knew a lot and the guidance was great. We are very excited!
