Just what we were looking for - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed cycling around the islands of Hoi An and witnessing the tranquil village life. It was wonderful to step away from the crowds for a while. We loved that it was a private tour and learned a lot from our guide, Tham. Billy was so helpful from the get- go and communication with him and his team was excellent the entire time. Highly recommended!

Great afternoon, riding our bikes in the country - Had a great day today with Tham. The two started with a lovely boat ride with our bikes across the river. We then rode through Paddyfield onto some rice wine tasting a lovely Banh Mi and beer which was all included in the price. We then had a leisurely ride back to our boat. All of the roads were flat and easy to ride.

Perfect for Families: Thoughtful, Joyful Tours in Hoi An - We had a truly wonderful experience with Billy Travel Vietnam in Hoi An. We did two tours with them: a food tour through Hoi An and a full-day countryside experience that included cycling, riding a water buffalo, basket boats, and a delicious lunch. Our guide, Tham, was absolutely exceptional — positive, kind, and genuinely loving in the way she engaged with our family. Her warmth and enthusiasm made every part of the experience feel special and relaxed. What meant the most to us was how thoughtfully Billy Travel Vietnam and Tham accommodated our non-verbal autistic son. They were patient, flexible, and deeply respectful, which allowed our whole family to fully enjoy the day without stress. That level of care and inclusion is rare and incredibly appreciated. Both tours were beautifully organized, authentic, and full of heart. We would wholeheartedly recommend Billy Travel Vietnam to anyone visiting Hoi An — especially families, and especially those who value kindness, understanding, and truly meaningful travel experiences.

Brilliant Bike Tour of Hoi An! - This was day 2 of a curated experience with Billy ( Day 1 was a walking food tour) and we highly recommend seeing Hoi An and its surroundings by bike. We cycled round trip of 12km over 5 hours where we started first thing in the morning cycling through old town and then witness the hustle and bustle of Hoi An market - we then cycled through paddy fields and country side to the basket boats and floated down the river to the cheerful boat songs of the rowers. Billy knew we loved our coffee and curated a coffee pit stop in the middle of the paddy fields where we had our newfound favourite Salted Coffee before we were then cycling through to an organic farm to learn how to make Vietnamese classics like banh xeo and nem! Highly recommend this tour!

Great Way To See Hoi An Countryside! - This was hands down our favorite tour. Quin was such a gem. She was super knowledgeable on the farms, history and area in general. Such a sweetheart ❤️ The bikes were so fun to ride around on and truly the best way to see parts of Hoi An you might otherwise miss. The traditional porridge at the end of the tour was so flavorful and filling. I would highly recommend

- We had the absolute best day on our bicycle tour around Hoi An and the surrounding villages, all thanks to our incredible guide, Tham. From the moment we met her, she was so lovely, warm, and funny – she truly made the experience unforgettable. Tham brought such an authentic, personal touch to every part of the tour. We cycled through the peaceful countryside, made noodles from scratch, tried different flavours of “happy water”, and had a go at traditional bamboo sleeping mat weaving with a local couple. Her knowledge of local culture, traditions, and everyday life was amazing. The whole day felt genuine and special – not touristy at all – and that’s entirely down to Tham and the company as a whole. You could tell how much she cared about sharing her culture and making sure we had a brilliant time. We have come away with such a deeper appreciation for this beautiful part of Vietnam and it has definitely been a highlight of my whole month trip to Vietnam. I HIGHLY recommend this trip and hope you get Tham. She’s an absolute gem!

Wonderful friendly guide Tham and fun activities. - We had such a wonderful day today. Our guide, Tham, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, and she provided such a cool insight into Vietnamese culture, always able to answer all of our curious questions! We had so much fun with her and spent the whole day giggling. Really recommend this tour. We started by cycling to a coffee shop for a quick detour as Tham understood we needed a little caffeine fix at 7am! We then cycled through the beautiful local villages and rice fields, stopping to try out wood carving, rice noodle making, taste rice wine production, and try out making woven mats! There was such an abundance of traditional activities to try out, and it really felt like an authentic insight into local Hoi An culture. We loved it, thank you so much Tham! A must-try for anyone visiting Hoi An.
