Before setting out, receive a comprehensive safety briefing. High-quality equipment ensures your warmth and safety. The river, just 15 minutes away by bus, features an easy section for a worry-free ride with nice waves and pleasant rapids. Afterward, indulge in a hot shower back at the base, enjoy a post-adventure snack, and purchase memorable photos captured during the 3-hour trip. English-speaking guides are at your service.

What to bring:

• Large towel, shower gel, and a swimsuit to wear under the neoprene.
• If you want to feel extra warm, take also thermal/woolen underwear (both leggings and T-shirt) and thermal/woolen socks.
