As I embarked on the journey to Holambra, a quaint town nestled just 120 kilometers from São Paulo, I was filled with anticipation. The highlight of our cultural exploration was the Moinho Povos Unidos, an authentic Dutch windmill that stands as a proud symbol of Holambra’s heritage. Our journey continued to Pimentas Sítio Joeljer, where we explored the world of peppers. The guided tasting was an eye-opener, revealing the subtle nuances of flavor that can be achieved through natural cultivation.
