Captain and mates were fantastic !! Located us directly over the catch. They provide full service bottom fishing experience. Extremly helpful experienced knowledgible fun staff. Fileted catch at dockside and even reccomended a place to go to cook them. Wow !!

Fishing trip was fun went out on a windy day so was rough waters but overall the experience was good.

The ocean was too rough. I didn’t even get to fish because I was too busy hanging onto my son so that he could fish because it was his birthday and he couldn’t even stand up. I feel like I paid twice as much as I should have because only 1 of us could fish. We paid a 20% gratuity that was mandatory and the crew wouldn’t even clean the one small fish my son kept unless we paid extra.

Didn’t go out far enough from the inlet. No fish biting. Forced to pay a tip in advance when you only have one person on the boat to help who was basically just fishing himself. Had to go look for him when I had an issue. Thank you but won’t be back. P.S. we always tip but usually there’s at least 2 people on the boat to help.

Very poor service. No professionalism towards customer service. Excursion not worth the cost. Captain inadequate and disrespectful.

Captain was very rude. I asked if we can fish deeper since the spots she choose weren’t working out. She got defensive and said she has to “take the rest of the boat into consideration then asked if I was gonna cry when I replied "Okay". She drifted from 140'-40 and she didn’t try and look for fish like the other captains have done. Just made 3 drifts the entire time. I asked the mate if I give him $20 and if he has to give any to captain and he said yes 50% goes to the captain. I was told and from previous experience this was a bottom fishing boat and they normally anchor or put you in decent area. Sunday was no effort by the captain. I know it was rough but everyone came out to fish except for the captain she could care less. She was just waiting to go in. Then the googan captain she is even timed the bridge wrong and went in early and we lost 20 mins of fishing. The mates used dull knives and because I refused to tip the captain I filleted fish myself (with a fillet knife not a dull bait knife) and asked the mate for a bag and he said it was $20 lol... I know it's fishing not catching but 0 effort by the Captain and the mates had attitude. Surprised I used to fish this boat a lot years ago especially in the morning and everyone was so friendly and you could even buy breakfast sandwiches. Not the boat I remember.
