Great boat trip with great explanations - We went spontaneously by car to Flamingo and decided to take a boat tour. Small group, pleasant boat and very detailed explanations from guides from the national park. Normal boat, as airboats are prohibited in the NP. also any touching of animals is prohibited and absolutely right so!

Worry-free, fun-filled boating in the Everglades National Park - Great boat captain and naturalist who made the adventure worry-free. I recommend the trip to everyone, including families and the elderly.

Excellent trip for the whole family - We loved it. Is was a very hot day, but there was shade on the boat. We saw lots of birds and a crocodile. The guide was very enthousiastic. Going through the mangrove forrest was super. Near the visitor centre and in the Marine there were a lot of manatees! Excellent day.

Great tour - Did a Backcountry boat tour and it was phenomenal. Our naturalist was so knowledge about a variety of wildlife, trees, birds, etc and she was funny to boot. I stole her crocodile/alligator joke and told it the next day. Highly highly recommend. We learned so much

Informative Back Country Tour - Everglades - We booked on the back country tour and were not disappointed. Before even getting on the boat we saw so many manatees, such beautiful creatures. On the tour we spotted crocodiles, more manatees and so many species of birds. Our guide was so knowledgeable. Sadly can't remember her name but she knew so much about the trees and birds. Such a great experience and would definitely come back.

Great tour - I took my 17 Yr old daughter on this trip this afternoon. The Everglades was still on my bucketlist to see and the drive over from Miami was easy and pleasant once inside the Park. We saw many birds and a turtle before getting to the docks. Capt Nick and our lovely guide were amazing! Soo much information about the trees, plants and birds and we saw a couple of crocodiles, lots of birds and even manatees. Great trip!! Would definitely recommend it!!

Better for adults than children - The staff were lovely and the area is beautiful. Sadly we didn’t see many animals on the tour so I wouldn’t suggest it for small children. We were lucky enough to see both a crocodile and manatees before and after the boat ride in the harbour.

Disappointed - We had to get an Uber from Miami to the meeting point in the everglades, a ride that cost $118. I didn’t see the part on the website that said arrive 15 min early so we would have arrived at 12:59 but the gps took us about a half mile down the road, there is no sign saying Flamingo Everglades Boat Tour. By the time we figured out where we were going and I went into the building to see what we needed to do it was 1:03. The lady with an attitude told me we were late and that because of that they didn’t have enough people for the tour and cancelled it. They did refund my $180 dollars but the lady that I spoke with really needs to adjust her attitude, especially when you’ve just driven for almost two hours and we’re only a few minutes late.
