Informative Back Country Tour - Everglades - We booked on the back country tour and were not disappointed. Before even getting on the boat we saw so many manatees, such beautiful creatures. On the tour we spotted crocodiles, more manatees and so many species of birds. Our guide was so knowledgeable. Sadly can't remember her name but she knew so much about the trees and birds. Such a great experience and would definitely come back.

Great tour - I took my 17 Yr old daughter on this trip this afternoon. The Everglades was still on my bucketlist to see and the drive over from Miami was easy and pleasant once inside the Park. We saw many birds and a turtle before getting to the docks. Capt Nick and our lovely guide were amazing! Soo much information about the trees, plants and birds and we saw a couple of crocodiles, lots of birds and even manatees. Great trip!! Would definitely recommend it!!

Away from Miami crowds - Staff was very friendly and professional. I wish we could have seen more crocodiles. But it was great to get away from hassle of Miami.

Disappointed - We had to get an Uber from Miami to the meeting point in the everglades, a ride that cost $118. I didn’t see the part on the website that said arrive 15 min early so we would have arrived at 12:59 but the gps took us about a half mile down the road, there is no sign saying Flamingo Everglades Boat Tour. By the time we figured out where we were going and I went into the building to see what we needed to do it was 1:03. The lady with an attitude told me we were late and that because of that they didn’t have enough people for the tour and cancelled it. They did refund my $180 dollars but the lady that I spoke with really needs to adjust her attitude, especially when you’ve just driven for almost two hours and we’re only a few minutes late.

It was not a pleasant experience. It rained a lot and we were wet basically looking at nothing. - It was a waste of time and money to be honest. We saw one alligator in the entire 3 hour tour and the rest of the time the tour guide kept showing the mangrove tree and it’s roots and some bird that can be seen anywhere.
