• Maximum capacity of each ATV is 2 individuals.
• Total weight per ATV should not exceed 350 lbs.
• You need to arrive 30 minutes before your tour time. Failure to arrive on time may result in the cancellation of your booking due to availability.
• Minimum age for driving is 16 years, and the legal guardian of the minor must participate in the tour.
• The $100 security deposit is refundable as long there its no damage done to the atv
• Reckless driving can result in full termination of the tour without any refund.
