Vietnam in 7 days - Harley was fantastic!!. Visited Vietnam last min with no set plan for my 7 days stay. Harley helped with a plan which included activities in Hanoi (3 days), da nang/Ha Noi (2 days) and Ho Chi Minh (2 days). Very responsive, easy to work with and helped with thru my travels and activities in Vietnam. Definitely recommend their services!

Best travel Office ever in hanoi - When I was desperately looking for a planned trip, I came across this travel agency. I was looking for a cheap travel option to Halong Bay. A young, pretty lady named Harley helped me a lot to travel cheaply. I can only recommend this travel agency. turn to them. I'm so happy 😊 😃 😀

Great tour office! - I would like to express a huge thank to Ms. Lana from Crossin Vietnam Tour who recommended and sold us trips during our stay in Vietnam (Ninh Binh, Ha Long cruise, Mekong Delta).
Ms Lana was fully professional, polite and patient. Apart from selling tours, she proved to be a friend throughout our entire Vietnam trip, answering my doubts and questions at all hours of the day and night.
I would like to warmly recommend Miss Lana as a fantastic travel manager.

Helpful staff and great tours - The staff of Crossing Vietnam Tours are really professional and they book really wonderful tours. Apart from the Ha Long cruise, we also booked tours to Nim Bimh and perfume Pagoda through them both of which very lovely

Excellent trip - We really enjoyed the trip.
Tour guide picked us from our hotel which was great, he was really helpful with everything and cared about us. The only con is that room was kinda smelly. Bad it doesn't have a window which can be opened. But we stayed on a sundeck mostly:)
Everything was really clean and the ship crew deserves a golden medal for their hospitality :)

Fantastic Ha Long Bay Cruise - The 5-star tour and 2 days 1 night stay in Ha Long Bay (Lan Ha Bay) was very good. The nature of Ha Long Bay is fascinating. We had a great time with the comfort of the hotel and very delicious food. We are grateful for the advice of the tour company representative Lucy.

It’s worth the money - We booked our tour over a tourist information center. The girl (Harley) was very helpful and managed everything for us. She did her best that we could have a great time and the trip was awesome
