The best way to explore Sapa’s stunning landscapes - We couldn’t have asked for a better way to see Sapa. The trekking was well-organized, and every turn revealed new, beautiful sights. Our guide was excellent—very attentive and knowledgeable about the local culture. Spending the night in a bungalow surrounded by nature was the highlight, giving us a chance to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique adventure in Vietnam

An authentic and enriching experience - This two-day trek was exactly what we were looking for. We explored the charming villages, met welcoming locals, and learned so much about Sapa’s traditions. The bungalow stay was comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding rice fields. Our guide went above and beyond, making us feel like part of the community. The whole tour was well-planned, and we left with incredible memories. Definitely a must-do for those wanting an authentic trekking experience in Vietnam!

Wonderful trip with breathtaking views. - The Scenery in Sapa is beyond words. Trekking through the rice terraces and interacting with the friendly locals made this a memorable journey. Our tour guide Xu was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic in introducing us to the customs of the ethnic minorities here.

I will never come back here!!! - I had to call 10 times before the tour operator responded. on the tour, our guide walked very quickly and some peopleo in the group could not keep up. Moreover, along the way there are always street vendors who bother us and force us to buy things. They get annoyed when we don't agree to buy and are very rude. The homestay is dirty and deserted, so at night it's like a...haunted house. If your family has children, you shouldn't go there because they will be very scared and worried. Please don't make excuses for poor service, try to improve it. I will never come back here!!!

Not recommend - Communication from the provider tour was poor. Sleeping bus were actually very uncomfortable, short, dirty horizontal niches with seats that cannot be adjusted because they are broken. Please state this information seriously. Our guide was very nice, can't say anything bad about her. no sharing with the host family. Homestay was not as expected... like hostel.

I do not appreciate this experience. - I do not appreciate this experience. When we started the tour, the guide did almost nothing except show us the way. Some parts of the walk were really rocky so it took longer to cross them. That spoiled things a little. Next you'll have a quite good but utterly normal Vietnamese meal, meaning no local produce except for maybe rice. The house is very dirty and scary at night because it is deserted and has many insects even though we brought insect repellent.

Bad bad service. Unprofessional - The transfer from Hanoi worked great, unfortunately less so on site, so we often had to wait for a guide or fellow travelers. At no point, until dinner night one did at the hotel we actually meet the organizers. Homestay is nothing characteristic if not that, compared to those who sleep in hotels, you are immersed in nature. moreover, the staff at the homestay did not speak English well so they could not help us much. The bathroom and the bed and mattress were very dirty and smelly but we were not helped with anything. It was terrible. We had a tiring and miserable night. Worse still, there were rats running on the roof and...cockroaches under the bed. A real nightmare!!! I don't think that is fair or professional.

Not worth it. Avoid this trip & agency - The guide also continued walking without looking back to check if everyone was with them , Not explaining much to us along the way. Even after someone fell and sprained their ankle. At the end of the hike, I felt like the guide was irritated and just wanted to finish the activity. The motel is very dirty with lots of insects, rats, bugs and ants.

Disappointed - A bit disappointing overall. My problem was with the transportation and lack of communication. The homestay is extremely dirty, smelly, and full of rats and cockroaches. The house is very deserted, and few people live there, so it's scary at night. The food is also very bad, and the kitchen is very dirty.

Bad experience! - The food wasn't great at all venues. I hadn't imagined typical food to be like that! The rooms were musty. It is horrible, noisy, little space, dirty toilet And communication was a little hit or miss at times with transportation.
