Hanoi – Sapa (L)

Cat Cat Village - 6:30 - 7:00: Guests will be picked up from their hotel to begin the trip to Sapa.
9:30: The first break will be taken on the way to Lao Cai City.
11:00: Another short break will be taken upon arrival in Lao Cai City. Upon arrival in Sapa at
13:00: Guests will meet local ethnic people from the H’mong, Dzao, and Tay tribes in their colorful traditional costumes. Enjoy a local Vietnamese lunch and check-in to the hotel afterward.
14:30: The tour continues with a drive to Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’mong people, located at the foot of Fansipan Peak. The local guide will introduce daily life activities of the locals, and guests will trek down to the valley. The 2-hour trek covers about 2.5 km (1.5 miles). In the afternoon, guests will be transferred back to Sapa for dinner at 6 pm and an overnight stay.
Sapa - Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van Village (B,L)
Ta Van Village - 7:00 - 7:45: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and prepare a light pack for a long 5-km (3-mile) trek. Take a short ride to Y Linh Ho, then trek through the rice terraces along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. Then trek to Ta Van Village – home of the Dzay ethnic people. The total trekking distance is about 9 km (5.6 miles) and lasts 4 hours.
11:30: A bus will pick guests up at Ta Van Bridge to head back to Sapa. After lunch at 12:00 pm, enjoy free time in the afternoon to discover Sapa town independently. In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Sapa – Ham Rong Mountain – Limousine Bus back to Hanoi (B,L)
Ham Rong Mountain - 8:30: After breakfast, the tour guide will pick guests up for a trek to Ham Rong (Dragon’s Jaw) Mountain. There are several well-tended flower gardens along the way. Walking up through two Heaven Gates, guests will reach the top of Ham Rong Mountain to observe a spectacular view. This 2-hour trekking route is approximately 2 km (1.2 miles) long.
11:00 am: Guests will return to the hotel to check out and have lunch.
13:00: Guests will meet with group members, and by 3:30 pm, they will depart back to Hanoi. On the way back, there will be two stops for breaks, arriving at the hotel in Hanoi at 9:00 pm.

- Old people should not attend a long trek (6 km) due to possible challenges, especially in rainy weather

- Homestay is totally different from hotel due to its basic and simple facilities
- Please bring: trekking shoes, sun glasses, sun cream, insect repellent, any special medication. Warm clothes, scarf, hat, cap because the weather in Sapa is pretty unpredictable. It is normally cold in September, October, November, December, January, February and March
