Hanoi cuisine is truly spacial - Three hours in Hanoi is hardly enough to sample the vibrant cuisine of the place, but it is enough to whet your appetite. We plunged straight into the chaos of the Old Quarter, our senses overwhelmed by the aromas of street food stalls. The mouthwatering pho , Hanoi soul food, warmed us from the inside out. We sampled crispy banh xeo, dipped in sweet and sour sauce, and soft steamed rice rolls with savory pork. The highlight was joining the locals for bun cha, smoky grilled pork with rice noodles and fresh herbs. Three hours flew by in a whirlwind of flavors, leaving us wanting to discover more of Hanoi delicious secrets

Worth the experience - I really like Hanoi food, exploring street food is a worthwhile experience. We were introduced to the highlights of local cuisine by our guide Lee. Bun cha is great and banh mi is also quite impressive to me. Morning coffee is the thing you should start with. We also had a very interesting Cooking Class

Excellent trip ever!!! - Rachel was a very good tour guide, she took us to some very nice local food places and explained what we were eating and how to eat like a local, as well as explaining some of the history of Hanoi and the streets as we walked. Definitely recommend!
