Sung Sot Cave - 12h00: Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor. Welcome to Cozy Bay Premium Cruise. We will take you on 5-6 hour journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes while having lunch on boat.
14h00: You will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalagtiles with different shapes of sea lives -
Ti Top Island - 15h00: Visit Titop Island with sandy beach to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titop Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.
16h00: Then do kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful Lagoon.

A brilliant day to a stunning location - A really great trip to a stunning location.
From booking to return drop-off the Cozy team and Oliver our guide provided info on what to expect and bring, made us all feel inclusive and welcomed.
You’ll visit a pearl farm, board a really clean, comfortable cruiser and have a great lunch, as you head to Sung Sot cave to walk through, Hang Luon cave to take a kayak or bamboo boat through; we were lucky to see monkeys there, finally to Ti Top, the only island in the bay that allows swimming or head up the 400 or so steps to an incredible sunset.
The return journey you join the guides to celebrate the day with a drink and dance (if you choose) or simply relax at your tables in the lower decks before docking and return coach to your pick-up location.
For those reviews who complain about queuing. Ignore the idiots! You’re booking to visit a UNESCO world heritage site, of course it’s going to be popular. Don’t let 10 mins walking behind someone spoil being in the surroundings of one of our planet’s truly stunning locations.
Value for money 10/10.

Memorable experience!! - Halong bay was absolutely spectacular and I had a great time from start to finish with Ming, our tour guide! Food onboard was plentiful and each stop was well planned out with ample time for exploration. Really appreciated the liveliness and gusto that Ming brought to the tour, his energy truly made the trip so much more memorable!

Experience of a lifetime ✨️ - An amazing tour made memorable by Ming our tour guide with relentless energy and care for all the guests to have the experience of the lifetime at Ha Long Bay cruise. Experience with cruise and selected places along the Ha long bay were top notch with the variety of FNB options on cruise available ending with dance and music was out of this world. Thanks again to Ming for his wonderful efforts and time management and communication skills.

Ha Long Bay Cruising. - Tim was a great host and the cruise was fantastic we went through the islands went kayaking went to hiking swimming a great meal I don't know what else to say you must go and try for yourself

Happy tour - A well-organized day trip to Ha Long Bay, with the travel agency even arranging hotel pick-ups and drop-offs for each of us—truly a perfect performance! However, Ha Long Bay was way too crowded and packed with people.
Our tour guide, Ming, was incredibly responsible and funny—I really liked him! He remembered my face and name, kept an eye on everyone throughout the trip, and worked hard to liven up the atmosphere. I’m so, so grateful to him! (The picture is took by him😆)

Beautiful Ha Long Bay, Mediocre tour at best. - Overall one of the strangest and most uncomfortable trips I’ve been on.
To start with, the tour guide was almost an hour late to the agreed meet up time in the morning. Once I got on the bus things got slightly better, until we stopped at the Pearl farm and somewhat pressured to buy. After reaching the destination at Ha Long Bay, we got on this cruise ship with maybe 3 other buses with no spare seat on the ship in sight. The whole thing was very disorganised. Then I pretty much did not see my tour guide until a few hours later when we finished the tour. When we got onto the bamboo boat, which was not at all bamboo, my tour guide rolled his eyes at me for waiting for another boat which is what his colleague told me to do.
All tour groups stop at each tourist spot in Ha Long Bay at the same time rather than staggering their arrivals. Which means everywhere is busy with everyone all the time, which was somewhat unpleasant.
Ha Long Bay is incredible, but the experience is significantly undermined by the organisation of the tour.
The sunset party was peculiar, and totally ruined what was supposed to be a tranquil and peaceful cruise back to the harbour.
On the way back, at 8pm, when we are still an hour away from Hanoi not having had any dinner, we stopped at this weird spot on the side of the road for “a rest stop”. In reality it was filled with chips that cost 100k and other overpriced products for tourists.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone I like. I feel pressured to buy things everywhere we stop, and rushed to get a move on everywhere that I actually want to stop and enjoy the moment.
