Tuan Chau Island - 11:30 – 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Wharf and transfer by small boat to Our Cruises. The cruise anchors in serene waters, away from crowded tourist spots, surrounded by beautiful islets.
12:15 – 12:30 | Embark on Our Cruises. A warm welcome awaits! Enjoy a welcome drink while the cruise manager provides a briefing and safety introduction. Then, check into your cabin.

Lan Ha Bay - 13:00 | Enjoy a fabulous lunch. A delightful lunch is served as the cruise sails into the magnificent Lan Ha Bay, a quieter and less touristy extension of Ha Long Bay. Pass by the famous Finger Islet, Frog Islet, and thousands of uniquely shaped limestone towers and islands.
16:00: The cruise continues through Lan Ha Bay, showcasing extraordinary limestone karst landscapes. Head to the Ong Cam Area of Lan Ha Bay, a secluded part of Ha Long Bay. Enjoy kayaking or swimming in the crystal-clear waters.

Halong Bay - 17:00 Cooking demonstration. Return to Our Cruises and relax. Take advantage of the Happy Hour Deal at all bars on board. Participate in a traditional cooking class presented by the crew. Before dinner, the experienced captain will anchor in the most tranquil area for the night.
19:00 Savor a deluxe dinner set menu. After a delightful dinner, enjoy leisure time at the bar, watch movies in the restaurant, try squid fishing, or indulge in a spa treatment. Overnight stay on the cruise.

Halong Bay - Dark and Bright Caves - Hanoi Old Quarter

Halong Bay - 6:30: Enjoy breakfast with a morning view of the bay’s landscape, accompanied by tea or coffee.

07:00: Immerse yourself in the stunning views of the bay and its dramatic limestone islets. Visit Dark and Bright Caves.
09:15: Return to your cabin, relax, and check your luggage before departure.

9:30: Check out from your private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay with room service. Complete the check-out procedure and savor your last lunch on the cruise.

11:30: The cruise lands at Tuan Chau Harbor. Bid farewell to the crew and conclude the cruise.

The tour was great!!! - I booked a 1 day trip on Ha Long Bay with the help of this company. The tour was amazing with the best tour guide. The atmosphere and luxury of the boat was amazing. The price was very genuine, would definitely recommend it.

MUST DO dragon cruise Ha Long - A Vietnam highlight. We had the best boat with 5star rooms and service. The rooms are beautiful with ensuite that has a spa, seperate dressing area and a big window to watch the scenery as you go by. There are several outside decks and a pool. The food was excellent, as was the service by the staff. The day tours were sooo much fun and very informative of the local area. The scenery, cave and waterways were wonderful. This is a MUST DO!

5-Star ??? - If you are seeking a true 5-Star experience, you may be underwhelmed. This is more like a 4-Star experience at best . . . Nice overall, but not GREAT !

Beware of bait and switch! - Beware! We had our booking changed last minute from ‘Pandora 5 star 2D1N all inclusive tour, cave, transfer’ due to ‘system errors’ to dragon bay cruises which was an awful experience- the boat wasn’t even finished (see my review for dragon bay cruises). No plumbing, electricity, freezers, fridges, access to rooms, safety concerns, etc. If your plans are changed this will probably lead to an unpleasant experience.

Not 5 star. More like budget vacation - NOT 5*. This tour felt like a total bait and switch. We were switched to a different boat called the la pandora. Omg. Worst tour I’ve ever taken in my life. I’ve travelled 3/4 of the world. The communication was horrific. They tell you follow this guy. Then ur on boat 1. Then switch to boat 2. As your getting on. Tell you be here at 8:30 then say oh no actually 9. Now. With no notice. Communication was horrible. Our room on the boat smelled like pooo We spoke with other guests said same thing. Awful. Meals don’t include even a water. Total cash grab. The one thing we were looking forward to was canoeing then we were advised……. No canoeing on this tour. Due to some ridiculous story of 2 passengers were left on a beach. They now take you on a barge to see the cave. No notice was given to us prior to boarding. To advise of the changes. There is nothing 5 star about this tour. Book a different company. You will have a better time. Our driver for our transfer boat. Was in his phone the whole time. Looked up at the water every so often. To realize he needed to adjust his steering. Wtf. ? There are kids on this boat. Not watching where he was going. I can’t stress enough. Don’t use this company. !!! This tour ruined our experience at halong bay. Do the day trip tour with a different company. It’s more than enough. If you want to stay over night. Find a different tour operator. It was unorganized and worst communication ever, and the rooms smelled like a toilet. The showers weee not clean. Not a good experience. To see all the pollution in water is heartbreaking.

To avoid - extremely bad customer service - Extremely poor customer service. They changed our booking the night before the cruise, after ignoring our messages for a few days. When we were unhappy and complaining about it (we chose this boat for the room balcony) we finally got back what we paid for. We asked for a gesture, a discount / a glass of wine, nothing fancy but the experience was unpleasant and stressful, not knowing what was going on, a few hours before the start of it - the answer was basically “we don’t care if you are not happy, if we wouldn't have found a solution we would cancel your booking and you would get refunded. Luckily other people helped us” (a quote from Michael, the travel agent). So not trying to make the experience a better one, but also trying to make us feel guilty. And when we talked about it to the manager on the boat after his speech “please let us know if you had a bad experience with the travel agency” (it seems like it wasn’t the first time it happened), not much care here neither. Nothing was ever done and we were just told to call the travel agency. Regarding the experience itself - to be honest, not worth your money. You can book yourself a nice hotel on the coast and take a day trip, you will enjoy as much the beautiful landscape and not paying for a cheap food, expensive additional drinks (for example, coffee is not included and is $5 for not a good one), a lack of organization (we received a message from our guide to finally confirmed the pick up location and time at 11pm the night before) and short and - not really - exciting activities. Maybe a real luxury boat / package would be worth a shot. Only good point here, the team on boat - the servers and bartenders - who are truly adorable and taking care of you. In a nutshell, to be avoided.

Disappointing Experience – Hidden Charges and Bland Food - While Ha Long Bay itself is stunning, I was disappointed with the cruise experience. After already paying for the cruise, which included meals and lodging, I was surprised to learn that water—something as basic as water—was not included and had to be paid for separately. This was not communicated beforehand, which left a bad taste, especially when it's a necessity. Moreover, the food was quite bland and did not meet expectations, given the price of the cruise. For what I paid, I expected a higher quality of meals and better service. I feel the company should be more upfront about extra charges and work on improving the food. I would recommend others to check carefully before booking and consider other options if you're looking for better value for your money.
