Here’s some of the recipes we teach: - The internationally famous egg coffee. Labor-intensive and easily satisfying enough to make it well worth the work. learn the magic.
- Hanoi-style expresso-strength milk coffee. Several small details make it great!
- Saigon-style milk coffee. A tad sweeter than Hanoian with 3 secret drops.
After class, feel free to stay to enjoy and compare your creations on our balcony or open front sidewalk area and compare your various creations as you plan your next adventure and if you need any of the making materials for take-home, we carry everything and can set you right up pronto.

Informative Class - Our coffee class experience was outstanding. It began with a delightful tea and snack reception. We gained hands-on knowledge of crafting distinctive coffee varieties, such as bhin, egg, salt, and coconut coffee. I definitely recommend signing up for the class.

Fun! - Devin was a great teacher! He taught me how to make 3 different Vietnamese coffees. I was alone so i had a private lesson, It was a fun one hour spend

Now I love eggs more 🥚🥚 - We made fresh egg coffee and two more styles of coffee. Ruby and Devin were great guides. We can recommend this tour to all coffee lovers. After this you are awake for Hanoi 😂

Coffee making great experience - Would highly recommend this coffee class! Ruby was an excellent coach with really great English & was good fun showing us how to make each coffee in detail. Very informative & friendly. Delighted to have gained this knowledge & will be able to make these 4 delicious types of coffee at home in the future ☺️

Enjoyable session with Chloé - Chloé was a super good and patient teacher, explaining to us the different types of Vietnamese coffees and their beans. Super friendly and approachable!
The class is also a good place to meet new coffee lovers in Hanoi and make new friends.

Superb Egg Coffee Class - Absolutely great learning experience. Chloe was clear during the class session. She went step by step and even shared more info not just about the egg coffee itself, but going over Vietnamese coffee scene in general. It was really a great experience overall!
