Ha Giang City – Quan Ba – Yen Minh – Dong Van town (155km)
Ha Giang - Our day starts with a delightful breakfast at 8:00 am. Afterward, meet our guide and embark on our motorbike tour. We ride through the stunning landscapes of Bac Sun pass, Quan Ba Heaven gate, Quan Ba Twin mountains, and Can Ty pass. We take a lunch break in Yen Minh town before continuing our tour to Tham Ma pass and The Hmong King’s Palace. We check in at a hotel in Dong Van town, where we enjoy a delicious dinner and have free time to explore the ancient town.

Dinh Vua Meo - Located in the Sa Phin Valley, this palace belonged to the Hmong kings who ruled large parts of northern Ha Giang province in the early 20th century. Vuong Chinh Sinh Palace, also known as Vua Meo (King of the Hmong), was built in 1902 and served as the seat of power for two Hmong rulers. The Hmong people had dominated the region since migrating from southern China centuries earlier. The first ruler aligned with the French colonial powers, while the second supported Ho Chi Minh’s fight for independence.
Dong Van Town – Ma pi Leng pass – Meo Vac – Du Gia village (100km)
Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark - We start the day with breakfast at a local restaurant at 8:00 am, and if it’s the weekend, we visit the Dong Van Sunday market. We then continue our tour, riding through the Sky pass and the breathtaking Ma Pi Leng Pass, enjoying a boat ride on the Nho Que River, and visiting Hmong villages with picturesque views. We take a lunch break in Mau Due village before heading to Du Gia village, where we ride through Sa Li Pass, visit Lung Ho Viewpoint, and see the beautiful Du Gia waterfall. We check in at a homestay of the Tay ethnic group in Du Gia village, where we have a family-style dinner.
Ma Pi Leng Pass - Ma Pi Leng Pass is a stunning mountain pass in Northern Vietnam, specifically in Ha Giang Province. Known for its awe-inspiring beauty, it is often considered one of the most scenic passes in Southeast Asia. The pass cuts through the majestic limestone peaks of Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark, a UNESCO-recognized site.

Du Gia village – Duong Thuong – Luong Tam – Nam Dam (40km)
Du Gia - We begin the day with breakfast at the homestay, enjoying the stunning mountain views. We visit the Du Gia market (on Saturday), Duong Thuong viewpoint, and Lung Tam Village, known for its unique hemp weaving. After a lunch break in Tam Son town, we check in at a homestay in Nam Dam Village, where we have dinner.
Lung Tam village - Lung Tam is a traditional craft village known for its brocade weaving by the Hmong on the Dong Van plateau in Ha Giang province. Besides brocade products favored by both domestic and foreign visitors, the unique weaving process in Lung Tam village attracts many visitors to Quan Ba district.
Nam Dam – Lung Khuy – Ha Giang. (40km)
Ha Giang - After breakfast at the homestay, we visit the breathtaking Lung Khuy cave, known for its impressive stalactites and stalagmites. We then take a lunch break in Tam Son town before concluding our tour at the hostel at 5 pm. We take a comfortable bus from our hostel to Hanoi at 7:30-8:30 pm, arriving in Hanoi at 2 am, concluding our unforgettable adventure through the majestic Ha Giang loop.
Lung Khuy Cave - Lung Khuy cave formed in ancient sea limestone over 400 million years ago. The area around the cave features a peak cluster-depression karst landscape with cones, dolines, hanging valleys, and travertine terraces on a planation surface at 850-1100m above sea level. The cave follows a northwest-southeast fault with large rooms, few branches, and amazing speleothems in various forms, such as King’s column, stone lion, nine-cascade waterfall, and silk-like hairs. Visitors may also hear the melody of water droplets falling from the cave ceiling. There is also a legendary “Fairy’s well” inside the cave. During holidays and festivals, people come here to ask for water, pray for good weather, good crops, good health, happiness, and children.
